Chose this office due to positive reviews for the dental phobic. I can honestly say they made the visit as comfortable and easy as possible. The staff was great and understanding . Dr. F was so reassuring and I feel that I made the right choice for my dental journey.

Love this Dentist and the staff!!! I drive all the way up from Bradenton because I am dentophobic from a past trauma, but have been able to build such trust with Dr. F, that I am able to control any anxiety I have. He is honestly a wonderful dentist, and the entire staff really do work hard to make the experience stress free!

I have been a dentle phobic for most of my life,due to bad experiences and pain with other dentists.When I saw the sign "Gentle Dentle" I decided to go in to check it out. The staff were very friendly and helpful and reassured me when I told them I was terrified of dentists. Dr F makes sure I feel no pain at my appts and now I don't worry about dentle appts or cleanings. Rashanda is the best hygienist I have ever met and I can have fillings with little or no numbing. I have never felt pain whatever is being done. Plus my so called "Novacaine allergy" was just a dentist injecting the drug too fast. Thank you for making my dentle visits anxiety free, and no stressful days before appts..

Rashanda is the best Dental hygienist I've ever experienced. She is gentle, personal and takes her time. I never feel like another patient. She makes coming to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I use to be afraid of going to the dentist. Now I go regularly and my overall dental health has improved drastically. Ask for her and you will not be disappointed.

If you don't like going to the dentist (and who really does!), you need to make an appointmnet with Gentle Dental of Brandon. I've had not so pleasant experiences with dentists, so was really apprehensive about going. I read the reviews on the Internet and decided to give them a try. I was warmly welcomed by Cathy, and as I met the rest of the staff, Stacey, Terry, Debra, Karen, and Damaris, I was so impressed by their professionalism and caring concern, which greatly reduced my anxiety. Karen is fantastic! I always feel I am in capable hands when she handles any fittings and adjustments. The whole staff is so courteous and professional. My experience with Dr. Farrokhrooz has been excellent! He put me at ease right away by his gentle and caring manner. He took the time to listen to what I was experiencing dental-wise, thoroughly explained my options, and I am so pleased with the results. He gave me back my smile! There are not enough stars for Gentle Dental! I am so glad that I called them! I highly recommend Dr. Farrokhrooz and his excellent staff for your dental needs.

The best dentist office I've ever been to. As soon as you walk in, they greet you so nicely. Within no time, your name is called. Always so nice and punctual. The only dentist office you can't wait to go back to.

During Christmas weekend one of molar chipped which was really bothering my tongue. I called my normal dentist office and the dentist was on vacation (understandably). I then started calling all dentist office around Brandon and the same situation until I called Gentle Dental. They had a dentist working (thank God). The receptionist was super nice on the phone and understanding of my situation. She scheduled me for the same day. Everyone in the office was great and the dentist was able to find a way to fix the chipped tooth. I am very thankful for this office having a dentist working in a time when most dentist take vacation. I also appreciate everyone professionalism and understanding. I might be switching dental offices :)

I dislike going to the Dentist, yet the staff make the experience pleasant. They're all friendly and genuine. Great place.

The doc and staff were very helpful, kind and really showed that they care about there patients teeth. I went in for a new patient exam, to see what I needed to do for my teeth. I was able to stay and get my teeth cleaned. They were able to split up the different things I needed to get done in several different appointments. My overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Doc Fahrakrus is awesome! It's the front desk girl you have to keep your guard up for. Changing contracted amounts as you go, getting quotes for work covered by insurance-telling me my insurance doesn't cover at that rate- the price is 10% higher. When I follow up w the insurance company after I get home- to make sure I'm getting coverage I make monthly payments for- the carrier says I'm covered. The insurance carrier can't explain why these girls are quoting higher rates. Watch out for both of these girls!

He ready is gentle. He numbs you up really good. I had major work done and didn't feel a thing for hours. Everyone in the office is so kind and they made me feel very comfortable.

I have been going to Gentle Dental for my teeth care for over 3 yrs and cant say enough good about them. The Staff and Debra go above and beyond giving me excellent care. I highly recommend them if you are considering changing or new in town.

I just had bridge work done and I can tell you it went without a hitch. The staff is amazing and definitely DO NOT treat you like another patient. They take the time to talk with you (not at you). and explain what is asked of them and completely caring. I have been going here for 20+ years and the staff office staff they have here have been there for many, many years, speaks volumes for the company they work for.

I normally go to the dentist for a cleaning every 3 months, but due to the Coronavirus, I hadn't been there since February. I have an elderly person living with me, and never wanted to risk bringing anything home to her. The dentist office called me every month, but I kept putting them off. They finally convinced me they practice every safety measure, and haven't had any problems. So I made an appointment. I have a great dental hygienist who is sweet, thorough, and very gentle. Following the cleaning, she went to get the dentist for the final look-see, as they always do. He walked in, all cheerful, "Hey! How have you been?" I looked up, and he wasn't wearing a mask! I grabbed my mask and covered my face, and said, "Please wear a mask when you speak to me." He said, "What?" I repeated the request. That's when he started yelling at me, in a very thick accent (he's from Iran), "If this is a concern of yours, you shouldn't be coming to the dentist! You should never leave the house!" I said, "That's why I haven't been here for 8 months, but your office convinced me it's a safe place!" I don't think he heard me because he never stopped yelling, without a mask, while standing above me! I can't even tell you what else he said, but it was something like, "I'm not taking this!" and then he stormed out... of the office! The hygienist and I were stunned! I said, "Was he serious?" She said, "I think so. We did catch him as he was walking out the door." Walking out the door? What about me? She apologized. I said, "It is not for you to apologize." I complained to the woman at the front desk who called the office manager. She called me and said the office manager will speak to the dentist on Monday, and he will apologize. Nobody called on Monday. I called the office manager on Tuesday. The office manager was nasty, indifferent, and they came up with an alternate scenario! Goodbye Gentle Dental! Oh! Did I tell you they botched my daughter's teeth whitening? Blisters all over her lips!
