Assistant made mistake and was only worried about herself !didn't even tell me doctor comes in 10 minutes later to tell me about incident happen !highly upset patient safety wasent priority!then they wanted me to pay for test when it was their fault!really liked this place but seems they didn't even know how to handle situation not train correctly put patients safety first!assistant was only worried about herself!and didn't even tell me what happened very disapointed!then staff telling me it's normal what happen I don't think so but keep my cool and left!and I didn't want to leave a bad review cause I really like this place and doctor but I'm 100% honest!she fail to tell me when she messed up cut herself she cut my gum!now I got sore gum thanks!doctors assistant also did not tell me when she messed up cut herself that she also cut my gum!now I got more pain thanks!doctors assistant also when she messed up poked herself with tool forgot to mention she cut my gum thanks alot for more pain!Wednesday night call left a message to call patient first cause they didn't except my insurance and patient first told me it was their responseability to pay they made the mistake.danelle call me back next day I told her and she said she had to call someone and call me back and she never did!

The reception staff are very welcoming. The dental assistants and dentists are awesome. I was explained in detail about what I need completed and referred to a specialist. They are all very knowledgeable. I have been a patient for 4 years.

From the age of 13 I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists. For the first time in decades I had a very comfortable pleasant visit from start to finish. It's quite obvious why they are booked way in advance and certainly worth the wait !

The staff, hygenists and dentist are fabulous here! You rarely have to wait a long time past your scheduled appointment time. They give the utmost care to you and make your feel like you're the most important person in the office. I highly recommend this office. I'm amending my original review to add that Sunny is THE best hygienist. She gives my jaw plenty of quick breaks when she's cleaning my teeth because of my TMJ, and is very helpful in explaining what I need to work on with my teeth. This office actually makes it a joy to visit the dentist!

I've been going to gentle dental in blue Bell for two years now. Dr. Amrute is excellent as is everyone at the office. Wonderful people and dental care and my kids and wife also now patients there. Highly recommend!

I have had some serious dental issues over the past months. Dr Amrut has always been tremendously supportive and very good about explaining what is going on and about establishing a plan for me. I have severe dental phobia and he keeps trying to find good solutions for me. I highly recommend him

Took my 3 year old daughter here for her first dentist appointment and she loved it, thanks to the wonderful care of the hygienist, who made the whole process fun and memorable for a curious child, and even made her a glove balloon at the end. Totally recommend.

My first experience here and the dentist and all staff were all very friendly and professional. My hygienist, Fern was amazing. I have never had such clean and stain free teeth! Highly recommend this practice!

This was my first visit and I must say, I have rarely had a pleasant experience at the dentist, but this place is very different! For the entire visit, I could tell I was valued, and I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I seriously wish I'd found Gentle Dental sooner!
