I've been a patient there for many year. I initially saw Dr Minetola. He is a wonderful Dr. Very talkative, great personality but very professional at the same time. His wife, Dr Ferguson is great as well. She is who I see now. I have had several dental procedures done with her, aside from the routine cleaning with the other staff. And speaking of other staff, there is one person in particular I want to mention. I don't know her name but she is absolutely wonderful. Very courteous, friendly and willing to always help. She is great. I love going there, they always take care of my dental needs and are very accomodating

I would have to say my first experience was great. However I have had several issues since. My husband tried to go there and was canceled and rescheduled two times so to a booking issue on their end. He ended up going somewhere else. My daughter has been complaining of tooth pain and they scheduled me to bring her in today at 4:10 super happy because I really wanted something where I did not have to pull her out of school early. Unfortunately I just had to cancel because I got a call today from school she was throwing up. So I called gentle dentle to cancel this appointment so no one there gets sick. I asked for another evening apt even if I had to wait for any time in November and I they would not give me one or even offer what the next 4pm apt is. I even said if They aren't able to work with that time I may have to go somewhere else and we'll they didn't seem to care so I guess that's exactly what I'll be doing.

I get excellent expert cleanings and service at this dental practice that I've gone to for 40yrs. The hygienist gave me 2 useful tips on cleaning my teeth.

Very punctual, welcoming upon arrival, kind dentist assistant as well as very professional and kind dentist. When I asked a day before how long it will take, since I had to return to work, they told me ask for an hour, they ended in 40-45 minutes, so enough time to return back to work without any stress.

Bad customer service, can't keep appointments even though you verify them with their annoying text service that texts you over and over. Also, harassed over unnecessary services over and over again.

Really love going to this dentist, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. All my visits have been great. So happy I finally found a dental office in this area that I'm very pleased with.

Very informative first exam. I have a very complex medical situation and I was listen to, respected, and given good suggestions by the staff. I had very high anxiety from years of traumatic dental care. I came away from this consultation with a very positive feeling. Thanks

My experience at Gentle Dental has always been very satisfying. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dental assistants keep me informed about any problems within my mouth or with my teeth. I have been going to them for many years, and I have no complaints.

Says online They accept State insurance. Not 5 seconds after I set up an appointment got a voicemail asking about my payment method because they no longer accept it. A joke

The day before my appointment they call and tell me they need to reschedule and the earliest appointment is February. 6 months out are you kidding me? I'm going on vacation in 3 days and I wanted my teeth cleaned before I left. I took time off work for the appointment. Ridiculous

From the moment you check in, Kelly is warm and professional. The assistants are gentle, caring and also very professional. Certainly put you at ease. Dr. Li is truly amazing. Excellent doctor! Could not be happier with the care! Thank you, all!!

This is the most fabulous and wonderful Gentle And kind office and Dentist in this whole Lehigh Valley. I had so much anxiety going there. And when I went there they make you feel like part of their family. I am anxious to go back and get my implants put in. The most positive people I have ever met in a dentist office. I am a patient for life. I could go on and on and on how wonderful this office is. Thank you and God bless you all

Ms. Amy and dr Ferguson we're amazing with my 5 year old. They made her feel comfortable the hole time. Honestly couldn't speak anymore highly of this place. They made scheduling super easy Kelly was so nice too.

The front desk is extreme rude. The one younger girl with brown hair and glasses sometimes has a chip on her shoulder. She hates her job for sure. Would not recommend.
