    Roderick Place was named COO of InterDent in 2017 and assumed Co-Leadership as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Mr. Place has extensive experience transforming private equity backed healthcare companies through his strategic leadership, focus on operational excellence, clinical leadership collaboration, and structuring of field operations and corporate support teams. Mr. Place is also accomplished in leading boards and executive teams through expansive growth in mergers & acquisitions, DeNovo, due diligence and market consolidation. Before joining InterDent, Mr. Place served in executive level operations roles with Western Dental, MedQuest Associates and Alliance Healthcare. Mr. Place is also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MedSummit Solutions, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.

    Matthew Wickesberg joined InterDent as EVP/CFO in 2016 and assumed Co-Leadership as Executive Vice Chairman two years later. In 2019, he was further elevated to Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wickesberg is an experienced board member, executive officer, and lender with a deep background in multi-site hospitality and healthcare industries. He is also experienced working with lending institutions and private equity firms through structuring capital, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and uncovering portfolio synergies. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Wickesberg served in various senior finance roles with HOA Restaurant Group, ZTejas, Inc., and GE Capital. Mr. Wickesberg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

    Dr. Heather Hawkins has committed her career to patient care while understanding current healthcare trends and value-based comprehensive care. Dr. Hawkins has an expansive clinical, academic and operational background, including leading medical-dental integration as well as quality and risk management for multi-site healthcare organizations. After 12 years of practicing general dentistry, she expanded her skills with several key roles in academia. In 2012 she joined the team at Adventist Health in Northern California, a multi-site health care organization with over 5,000 medical and dental staff physicians, as the Director of Quality. In her leadership role there, Dr. Hawkins led expansion and integration across the health system with medical and dental clinic management and an emphasis on comprehensive care models addressing patient risk factors, active disease and preventative measures. Dr. Hawkins earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University.

    Dr. Manu Chaudhry has dedicated his career in the pursuit of dental health care, improving clinical quality and access to care, and transforming delivery of care to improve overall health outcomes. He is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with extensive leadership experience over multi-region dental practices, and has also founded multiple collaborative organizations that reduce oral and overall health disparities. Dr. Chaudhry is a board member of Healthier Kids Foundation and holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific.

    Sandra Lau is a seasoned legal adviser with over fourteen years experience acting as General Counsel of multiple dental healthcare corporations. Ms. Laus responsibilities include advising executive management, supporting strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all aspects of the corporate legal function including HIPAA, state and federal regulatory compliance, corporate transactions and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and risk and litigation management. Before Joining InterDent, Ms. Lau served as General Counsel at Western Dental. Ms. Lau holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University.

    Bernard Piccione has extensive experience across a wide range of industries delivering complex enterprise-scale information technology solutions to achieve major global business value and objectives. Mr. Piccione excels at driving sustainable business growth through IT modernization, solution development, and global transformation initiatives while building strong partnerships to better leverage technology solutions. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Piccione served as CIO for Ingenuity Advisory Partners, Inc., Complex Care Solutions, Inc., and MagnaCare. Mr. Piccione holds a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science from Boston University.

    Darrin Kellaris is a senior marketing executive with over 20 years experience specializing in digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy. Mr. Kellaris offers a record of success in creating and driving marketing strategies that strengthen revenue, margins, and market share by elevating brand authenticity and relevance. At InterDent, he leads all aspects of marketing including digital and social media, brand positioning, and performance analytics. Prior to joining InterDent, he led marketing efforts at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and IHOP. Mr. Kellaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.

    Diane Stern brings almost 20 years of dental services organizational experience specializing in organizational design and strategic partnering. Ms. Stern is responsible for Human Resources planning and strategy for recruiting, retention, benefits and performance management. She built her HR leadership experience through roles at Coast Dental, PrimeCo Wireless Communications and LabCorp where she focused on employee programs to increase engagement and satisfaction along with operational efficiencies. Ms. Stern holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature, Education, and Business from the University of Tampa and volunteers at KMR Group Foundation.

    I was anxious about getting my teeth looked at because it had been years since I had gone to the dentist. My doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable, she eased my anxiety immediately. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist.

    Doctor Vadi is very gentle and an amazing doctor to work on my mouth. Everything was quick , easy and painless. She and her team made me feel comfortable and at ease . I would highly recommend seeing her and her team. She is the best!

    Love doctor Vadi and her team! Followed her from the Kirkland Gentle Dental and let me just say she is super sweet, forward and amazing at her job and the assistance there is also amazing and friendly they don't rush and they definitely make dental feel more comfortable. The work is great ! Never will be able to find another dentist like her ! Thank you for all the hard work!

    I have followed Doctor vadi and her team from GD Kirkland and they are very gentle , fast and efficient. They work extremely well together and made my visit as comfortable as possible . Everything was well explained and everything was painless. I highly recommend doctor vadi

    The best dental office I've been too. Very nice staff, very clean office, and very well run. Easy to make an appointment, very helpful staff, and great dentists. My appointment went very well and I would highly recommend going here.

    Absolutely the worst dental experience.Went to a scheduled appointment got Dropped off no one ever showed up to open the office no one answering phone and no call back! I was stuck in the rain due to being dropped off by scheduled medical provider rides for seniors and had to wait for a ride to return. Absolutely unprofessional and it ended up costing me $$$ the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life.

    The staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctors are nice and professional. I had my teeth cleaned while my 8 yo was getting two fillings and he did so great. He wasn't scared and the procedure went so fast!

    I've been with gentle dental north pointe for the shortest amount of time of any other dentist. And by far they have been the most difficult. Leaving voicemails are useless since they don't return any calls. Even when you call during business hours. Three times in the short period of time I've been with them. And yet you'll still get automated emails saying "We haven't heard from you." I even called the new patient line and they also said they can't get anyone to pick up the phone during business hours. I know they'll use the same old overused excuse of being so busy that they can't pick up and they can't return voicemails. Which I've never seen any time I have stopped by.

    For 1 simple filling I was rescheduled once, misscheduled twice (showed up and sent home for one of them), and then the final time I showed up and was turned around because the dentist left the branch. 4 afternoons I had to request off work with my time and they fell through every time. And for two of these times I received no advance notice of the schedule problem despite the front desk indicating I should have received a call. Also before my very first appointment they assigned me a new dentist without notice because the previous one left the branch. No continuity of doctors here and scheduling is a circus. If you value your time at all avoid this place

    I would give a negative star if I could. They messed up appointments both for my wife and I TWO times. Once in the wrong location and once on a Friday they are closed. Their website tells they are open but the call center said they are closed. I cant imagine the quality of service they promise to provide considering they messed up simple appointment twice. Such a waste of my time and planning. I wonder how they are not out of business at this rate.

    Dr.sachdev is a great dentist. She is a nice person. She does a great job taking care of my teeth. She is the best dentist I ever had in my life. I will come back for more. The staff are nice. I will see them more often. They are the best.

    Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I was recommended filling replacement for my normal tooth and asked to report any issues. Now I am having problem eating and drinking. They won even talk now without an appointment. My normal tooth destroyed. I visited Dr Cameron. zero star if I could. I visited the office but won't let me ask question if this expected without appointment.

    Seriously don't know what's wrong with this place. My mom has been trying to get a tooth procedure done and has been missing a tooth for a year. They are unable to schedule her correctly and they send her random texts saying she has an appointment and when she calls to confirm she is not found on the schedule. Horrible service, incompetent staff sorry to say. We will be moving our business elsewhere after doing the first half with them and waiting for a year to try to get this tooth put in. If I could say 0 I would, don't waste your time and money with trying this place because it's close. Forgot to add that we just tried to call them and it rang 50 times before we hung up. It is impossible to contact them and they will charge you if they schedule you for something you were unaware of. After reading the 4 reviews below me I'm surprised we didn't catch onto this sooner and this place needs to be shut down.

    Where do I begin, Once apon a time I made an appointment to have a yearly cleaning done. Nothing crazy, just the cleaning. I call the front desk to schedule an appointment and they said I could do it online. A month later my appointment is finally here. As I walk in, I give the receptionist my name in order to check in. The receptionist then responds with "we've been trying to call you numerous times to tell you that you scheduled your appointment COMPLETELY WRONG". I go to check my phone and I got one call from them with a voicemail reminding me of my upcoming appointment. It was like the moment I gave her my name, I was instantly attacked and criticized, already a great sign. All I could do is reschedule an appointment for "new patients" not even a cleaning for a month later. a DAY before I schedule my second attempted appointment, already waiting 2 months for, I get a call stating that they had scheduling issues and had to reschedule for ANOTHER MONTH LATER. Not really sure why Its my problem but they insisted I don't try coming at all. They even went out of their way to send me another voicemail reminding me of my appointment. Very confusing. At this point I'm getting very frustrated but decide to give it one more try. The only reason I've stayed this long is for their location and the recommendation from my father but get this. I reschedule my appointment and another MONTH goes by and these guys tell me my insurance is not accepted for new patients. My fathers been a patient of theres for 2 years now and coincidence enough, we both have the same insurance so I knew it was all rubbish. My father and I are now out the door and have found a far better treating dentist that gave me an appointment in the same week I requested one. My father and I are now switching to a dentist we can trust being Smiles Dental just down the road. Completely unprofessional and a very sad excuse for a dentist. HIGHLY Recommend giving Smiles Dental a try instead. They wont rob you of your time.

    A few days ago I came for an appointment that had been scheduled long ago and found the office locked and no one inside. The date and time were marked on my appointment reminder card, no mistakes. I called and left a voice message asking for some explanation, still waiting for any response. My appointment turned out to be a terrible disappointment.

    I have dental phobia, I get anxiety just thinking of the dentist. All the folks at Gentle Dental Northpointe were amazing, sensitive, took the time to explain things to me and calmed me so much. I would recommend them to anyone.

    My team is friendly and fun, and they obviously took great care with their covid protocols. Just as important, they are very clear about treatment and unlike some of my previous experiences, I never feel like I'm being pressured to get unnecessary treatments done. To summarize: They have excellent customer service and are respectful of their customers needs and intentions.
