Don't bother with this place. I had a bridge that fell out. I was "referred" here and assigned this office by Delta Dental. When I went, I was told "we have no dentists" working here now! Huh? Evidently, they all resigned or quit. Had to get a new dentist with Delta Dental. First appointment? December 6th. Today is October 28th. What a joke!

Have had issues with my teeth since having work done in their Rocklin office. The office recommended further work, after doing unsatisfactory work in the beginning. Contacted their grievance department and visited another dentist to have the work examined. He determined that the work needs to be redone. Gentile Dental is not on my list of recommendations.

Very nice front desk staff, however beware of additional work that isn't necessarily required. Dental asst was rude getting my X-rays, and told me I had a few cavities based on my X-ray which was VERY unprofessional. Dentist came and clarified that I did not. Dentist referred me to a more thorough advanced dental cleaning which was not covered by my plan, and wouldn't just perform the standard cleaning, so I left and wont be returning.

Did a fantastic job fixing two front teeth "noticeable" cavities. I did not think they were repairable but I was wrong. Can't tell there was ever any dark spots and look completely natural. Procedure was smooth and painless as well. Thank you, Gentle Dental and staff!

DO NOT GO HERE! They SCAM people and have HORRIBLE customer service, everyone was so rude because I was asking questions about the treatment they were proposing. Obviously because they knew I was starting to doubt them by asking questions... not honest professionals.

HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS HIDDEN COSTS. My husband had a filling done and scheduled a follow up appointment as recommended. I called a few days before and confirmed the follow up appointment and was told they were getting the insurance sorted out. We drove an hour and a half to the appointment only to be told when we got there that we would have to pay $100 for the visit that insurance conveniently for them "didn't cover". They then presented us with a range of pricing and wanted us to pay for a years worth of visits in a "plan". We will never go there again and unless you want to be hit with hidden costs I suggest you don't either. Will be contacting insurance to notify them of possible billing fraud.

It feels like going to a salesman not a DDS, I was there for a specific teeth that I was suffering from which were neglected, instead they wanted to sell me other services which I didn't really need or care about. Dr. Randhwa communicated very poorly and in a way that I felt was rude and didn't provide much details or explanations about my condition. Absolutely I do not recommend.

Gentle Dental really is Gentle! I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time and they made my experience a very good one! I have a really bad gag reflex when it comes to X-rays, but the lady was very patient with me and she gave me water and time to collect myself. 10/10

I asked for a gold crown and confirmed before I left the first appointment they wrote down gold. After I got the crown I looked at and saw they had put in porcelain. They said they'd replace it with gold but it could traumatize the remaining tooth and then I may need a root canal, so I left it. It bothered me for over a year and numerous appointments to adjust it. They didn't offer any compensation (they should have at least paid my deductible). On my last visit: They told me they wouldn't clean my teeth unless I paid almost $1,000 for a deep cleaning. My pockets have been the same for 20+ years, I just want a regular cleaning. No they won't do it until I pay for the deep cleaning. They told me I needed another crown. They said they will only do a full porcelain crown, which is not covered by my insurance and they want over $1,500 for it.

I am currently having a lot of tooth pain and asked when the earliest I could get in they said the next day. They call me 10 min before my appointment to cancel it than they scheduled me for the next day which they than called me at least an hr before this time to cancel again and tell me the dentist is sick. I got rescheduled a 3-4 times but it felt like they were just leading me on. I canceled with them and went with another dentist and from the reviews it looks like I saved myself some annoyances.

This place is a disgrace and not honest. If you want a salesman for a dentist...then this is your place. When I entered the office for a cleaning they asked if I wanted Fluoride treatment and irrigation. I declined. They had me sign paperwork for the cleaning which I signed. Little did I know it said Fluoride and irrigation. But after the dentist cleaned my teeth they asked about fluoride and irrigation again and I said, Oh, I told them No. The gal responded that I was the last patient and she was glad I said no. Two weeks later I get a bill for Fluoride and Irrigation. I never wanted or received that. Cleaning Yes..Flossing Yes...polish Yes... that's it. Now the office claims the dentist did this work which is a FLAT OUT LIE.

When my Insurance changed I was in search of a new Dentist. Very difficult to change my doctor of 20 years. I chose Gentle Dental at this location because it was close to me. It was a great choice, a perfect fit for me. I am so thankful I found them. Dr. Randhawa and all the staff were amazing..! My examination was Gentle, extensive, informative and went well beyond five star in my eyes. I left there with a clear plan both for my dental needs, what my insurance would pay and what my financial contribution would end up being. I would like to thank Dr. Randhawa and all his staff for making this transition a great experience for me.

It took me months looking for the right dentist to handle my general checkups and bridge replacement and I'm so glad I chose Gentle Dental! I've been having trouble with my bridge for the past year and I am NOT a big fan of visiting the dentist at all. It causes me major anxiety!. From my first consultation to the appointments that led to getting to where I needed to be - the staff have been so good to me. I don't know if they pick my anxiety up from the form I filled out or they can read my face like a book (or maybe I mentioned it..?) but they knew that sitting in the dental chair is nerve wrecking for me. Dr. Randhawa and his assistants have always been so patient and gentle with me and I truly appreciate that! Today was a very special day for me - my permanent bridge was finally put in! As usual, Dr. Randhawa and Wendy were so gentle and walked me through every step...I couldn't be happier with Gentle Dental in Rocklin!!!!
