I really wanted this place to work based on the positive reviews and the location. But my experience was lacking with the office staff. I met Dr. Chase during my 1st visit (initial consultation) took about 1.5 hours for x-rays where most of it spent waiting. I went for my 2nd appt (cleaning) and that was wonderful and on time (1 hour). I was then told after my cleaning I needed additional work but was never told during my 1st visit (when my x-ray was reviewed and told me everything look great). They immediately scheduled for the next week (availability is great) and I asked about estimate costs and was informed they would contact me after calling my insurance. But after a few days, I had not heard from them and I started called daily (leaving messages, being told they are looking into it, or put on hold for 10+mins then told they will call me back). The day of my appointment, I called again and was asked by the staff if I had insurance although they took copies on my 1st and 2nd visit. I asked if I would be charged to cancel/reschedule because I've not received a response to my estimate questions. I was told I would be charged for rescheduling which makes no sense to me. So I cancelled and now I need to find a new dentist. I'm glad others had a great experience, but I did not.

Not very gentle! Got my lip cut open a bit by a tool that was being used to shave little bit of glue off my tooth and it touched my lip and made a cut down it.

I had a Maryland Bridge fall out and needed a competent re-install on it...I've had others do it, and never felt like it was right. Always came out again eventually. Today I had a dentist on this who new what this was, and how to fix it right. It feels solid and well done. I recommend this dentist to anyone and I'm very happy with how professional and competent the whole experience was for me. Dr Chase was caring, conservative, and very good at what he did for me. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I had my first cleaning at this office today. It was a great experience. Everyone here are very gentle I have to say. They cooperated nicely and tried to help. I wanted thank Renee for here excellent work on cleaning my teeth. I could see her excellence after cleaning done. Renee is the Best. Thanks keep up the great work!!

Had to have a crown installed and they were the least expensive option compared to my old dentist. From the initial consult I felt like they were trying to upsell me to do more work than was necessary. Long-story-short, I should have walked away when I had the chance. My crown broke after a couple of years and I found out the hard way that they don't warranty these procedures, but my other dentist does. I guess you get what you pay for. Buyer beware.

Gentle Dental in North Andover is great. Everyone is professional. Dr. Chase and Dr. K explain everything and ask if ihad any questions before they start their work. Easy to get appointments. Nicole at the front desk is very pleasant and always helpful.
