    Roderick Place was named COO of InterDent in 2017 and assumed Co-Leadership as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Mr. Place has extensive experience transforming private equity backed healthcare companies through his strategic leadership, focus on operational excellence, clinical leadership collaboration, and structuring of field operations and corporate support teams. Mr. Place is also accomplished in leading boards and executive teams through expansive growth in mergers & acquisitions, DeNovo, due diligence and market consolidation. Before joining InterDent, Mr. Place served in executive level operations roles with Western Dental, MedQuest Associates and Alliance Healthcare. Mr. Place is also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MedSummit Solutions, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.

    Matthew Wickesberg joined InterDent as EVP/CFO in 2016 and assumed Co-Leadership as Executive Vice Chairman two years later. In 2019, he was further elevated to Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wickesberg is an experienced board member, executive officer, and lender with a deep background in multi-site hospitality and healthcare industries. He is also experienced working with lending institutions and private equity firms through structuring capital, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and uncovering portfolio synergies. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Wickesberg served in various senior finance roles with HOA Restaurant Group, ZTejas, Inc., and GE Capital. Mr. Wickesberg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

    Dr. Heather Hawkins has committed her career to patient care while understanding current healthcare trends and value-based comprehensive care. Dr. Hawkins has an expansive clinical, academic and operational background, including leading medical-dental integration as well as quality and risk management for multi-site healthcare organizations. After 12 years of practicing general dentistry, she expanded her skills with several key roles in academia. In 2012 she joined the team at Adventist Health in Northern California, a multi-site health care organization with over 5,000 medical and dental staff physicians, as the Director of Quality. In her leadership role there, Dr. Hawkins led expansion and integration across the health system with medical and dental clinic management and an emphasis on comprehensive care models addressing patient risk factors, active disease and preventative measures. Dr. Hawkins earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University.

    Dr. Manu Chaudhry has dedicated his career in the pursuit of dental health care, improving clinical quality and access to care, and transforming delivery of care to improve overall health outcomes. He is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with extensive leadership experience over multi-region dental practices, and has also founded multiple collaborative organizations that reduce oral and overall health disparities. Dr. Chaudhry is a board member of Healthier Kids Foundation and holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific.

    Sandra Lau is a seasoned legal adviser with over fourteen years experience acting as General Counsel of multiple dental healthcare corporations. Ms. Laus responsibilities include advising executive management, supporting strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all aspects of the corporate legal function including HIPAA, state and federal regulatory compliance, corporate transactions and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and risk and litigation management. Before Joining InterDent, Ms. Lau served as General Counsel at Western Dental. Ms. Lau holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University.

    Bernard Piccione has extensive experience across a wide range of industries delivering complex enterprise-scale information technology solutions to achieve major global business value and objectives. Mr. Piccione excels at driving sustainable business growth through IT modernization, solution development, and global transformation initiatives while building strong partnerships to better leverage technology solutions. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Piccione served as CIO for Ingenuity Advisory Partners, Inc., Complex Care Solutions, Inc., and MagnaCare. Mr. Piccione holds a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science from Boston University.

    Darrin Kellaris is a senior marketing executive with over 20 years experience specializing in digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy. Mr. Kellaris offers a record of success in creating and driving marketing strategies that strengthen revenue, margins, and market share by elevating brand authenticity and relevance. At InterDent, he leads all aspects of marketing including digital and social media, brand positioning, and performance analytics. Prior to joining InterDent, he led marketing efforts at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and IHOP. Mr. Kellaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.

    Diane Stern brings almost 20 years of dental services organizational experience specializing in organizational design and strategic partnering. Ms. Stern is responsible for Human Resources planning and strategy for recruiting, retention, benefits and performance management. She built her HR leadership experience through roles at Coast Dental, PrimeCo Wireless Communications and LabCorp where she focused on employee programs to increase engagement and satisfaction along with operational efficiencies. Ms. Stern holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature, Education, and Business from the University of Tampa and volunteers at KMR Group Foundation.

    Been going to this office for over 20 years. The dentist's change frequently but they are generally well trained at local universities such as USC and Loma Linda.. It is easy to get an appointment and the staff is friendly and attentive.

    Hello, First and foremost I'd like to say, I have been a part of the Gentle Dental Norco family for almost 3-4 years. I have received outstanding care through my journey of braces and have been blessed to have met the amazing people who go above and beyond to ensure the best and most comfortable visits. Thankful to the two Ortho doctors who worked on my perfect smile through the 3-4 years. Although my ortho experience was outstanding, I had a recent complication during a dentist appt. I was shocked to find out there was a new dentist to throw things a little off the edge, the new dentist was not gentle at all. I felt as if she was very rude and very firmly stabbed the inside of my mouth with one of her tools and calmly apologized after as if it was normal. I felt uncomfortable and had to ask the dental assistant what was going on and she was just as surprised at the new doctor. I feel as if the new appointment of this dentist has brought an awkward energy in the dentistry along with it. I had a weird experience and definitely did not move forward with my procedure with the dentist that day. Although, the rest of the experience at the dentist was amazing! My hygienist is AMAZING, the staff is AMAZING, the dental assistant AMAZING, the ortho side AMAZING! I love my teeth. And I love this place! I hope everything falls back into place soon because I'd love to contiue to consider this place as my primary dentistry!

    Great office!!! I'm so happy I finally found such a wonderful office. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home as soon as.you walk in the door. The team was very professional and explained very well everything going on. Everyone was gentle and kind to me. One of my best experiences overall.

    Awesome experience! Dr Ha was very informative. Very friendly staff. Alexis helped me understand how my insurance works which is always so confusing for me. He was able to get me in with the hygienist right away! I was shocked since covid has made things so difficult nowadays this really helped me save time and trips. Shelley was so gentle and patient with me. Showed me where I gotta work a little harder at home but I left feeling amazing. Thank you guys!!!

    This has been my team for the past 10 years after moving here to Norco. Finding new dental and medical is scary, but my family's experience has been anything but! Myra, Alex, Noe are all great people, friendly, personable, and like family. Procedures and payments are always explained in detail and unlike others I've been to, definitely Gentle!

    Since the moment I called Alex has been nothing short of AMAZING! Coming in for the first time both Alex and Noe made my experience here so much fun, their attitudes are exactly what great customer service is about. Noe has been able to accommodate my appointments with my work schedule which can be tricky but none the less, I'm glad I switched dentists. Hope they both continue to be here as long as I'm a patient.

When they answer they are very friendly and willing to help you. I have a job where my hours change and they helped me make an appointment in my available time. When the day of the appointment arrives, their offices are very clean and they have staff that are friendly and most importantly speak my language. The sign up process was quick and easy. I had no wait and they served me quickly. Once inside, the dentist came and checked me out and told me that he was busy getting me done. Once I told them that if it didn't take long to do the procedure. They were very considerate of the job and I didn't get hurt when they were working on my teeth. Para empezar es muy facil llamar y hacer una cita con ellos. Cuando contesta son muy amables y estan dispuesto en ayudarte. Yo tengo un trabajo donde me cambian mis horarios y ellos me ayudaron hacer una cita en mi tiempo disponible. Cuando llegue el dia de la cita, sus oficinas estan muy limpias y tienen personal que son amables y lo mas importante que hablan mi idioma. El proceso de registrarse fue facil y rapido. No tuve espera y me atendieron rapido. Una vez adentro, el dentista llego me reviso y me dijo que ocupada hacerme. Una vez que les dije que si no se tardaron mucho en hacer el procedimiento. Fueron muy considerados con el trabajo y no me lastimo nada cuando estaban trabajando en mi dentadura. La experiencia en total fue excelente y por eso les recomiendo que vayan a gentle dental para sus necesidades dentales.

    I wouldn't go here. I went about 3 years ago to get my last basic cleaning for free on my mothers insurance and they said I need $1500 worth of cleaning work. I ended up going somewhere else and they said I didn't need all that they just trying to get over on you. Things might have changed since then but be aware, they just want your money smh

    I received excellent service upon my initial treatment 3 months ago. However there appears to be new staff and Dentist and have not been able to complete my husband's treatment. Hes been waiting patiently 3 months. Nobody seems to know what to do next. He keeps getting called for appointments on treatment Not requested and unrelated. This seems sketchy and I have elected to take my business elsewhere.
