Great place. Got the new patient discount and X-rays plus a cleaning was 57 bucks. Front staff was helpful, nice, and direct. Hygienist & the Dr were awesome. They had lots of input and answered all my questions. Will be going back for further dental needs

Dr. Patel and her staff are extremely professional! I had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled and they got me in right away to see Dr. Goldberg. The procedure was quick and painless. I recommend Gentle Dental in Natick to everyone, truly wonderful.

I had an urgent need to get fixed crown that came off . Dr patel responded immediately and fixed the problem. It was nice to know that she is there for me when I need her. Thanks so much Dr patel for doing it.

One of my crowns came off and I needed to get it fixed right away. Called Gentle Dental and they got my appointment right away with Dr. Patel. Her work is superior which is why I drive 200 miles to get all my cleanings and dental work done there. I recently moved and I still keep her as my dentist. When you trust someone it's keeps you loyal to come back. I highly recommend them.

My visit was for a cleaning. The check in and check out were done efficiently. The hygienist was pleasant and completed her work on time. Dr Goldberg from a visit several years ago is an excellent surgeon. Recommended my daughter go for an evaluation.. I will be getting a crown by Dr Patel shortly.

I am glad some stuff got removed from this location. They screwed me big time and gave me so much hard time every time i go to the my appointments. There was a BIG MESS before all this new people start working at this location. I want to thank BREANNA ( you are wonderful), Yohaire and Gabriela. I love Dr. MCQUATTIE she is so sweet and nice. I am happy she was the one working with me during having my braces. Of course Dr. Patel will be missed by me. She is amazing I wish I can take all of them in Florida.

They 1) left my braces on for 1 1/2 years too long due to a "paperwork error" 2) charged us 5000 dollars for braces that should have been covered by my insurance 3) drilled a filling, on my nerve, even when I said I was in pain. Turns out, I needed a root canal and that means the novocaine wouldn't work (basically they did an entire procedure with no working pain meds because she thought I was making it up) 4) I had two more fillings, she said she didn't want to use novocaine, talked me down from it when it began to hurt, and failed to give it time to take effect

The billing service for this practice is not honest and is somehow fraud. The plan they give you with your insurance estimate is not correct. They gave me estimate of $300 and I paid that and after few weeks I received a bill that I have to pay another $300. When I called the office they told me some insurance do not pay white filling for the back teeth and we do not know about it till we charge the insurance. They could simply told me, that is the possibility or do the pre authorization. But they insisting that how they practice '' WITH NO PRE AUTHORIZATION''! After few times that I called to talk to the manager, who was not available, finally she told me I need to solve the problem with the my insurance. I called my insurance and they said, the practice should have done pre-authorization which they have not done. So, DO NOT TRUST THE ESTIMATE THEY GIVE YOU AND MAKE THEM TO DO AUTHORIZATION.
