    Roderick Place was named COO of InterDent in 2017 and assumed Co-Leadership as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Mr. Place has extensive experience transforming private equity backed healthcare companies through his strategic leadership, focus on operational excellence, clinical leadership collaboration, and structuring of field operations and corporate support teams. Mr. Place is also accomplished in leading boards and executive teams through expansive growth in mergers & acquisitions, DeNovo, due diligence and market consolidation. Before joining InterDent, Mr. Place served in executive level operations roles with Western Dental, MedQuest Associates and Alliance Healthcare. Mr. Place is also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MedSummit Solutions, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.

    Matthew Wickesberg joined InterDent as EVP/CFO in 2016 and assumed Co-Leadership as Executive Vice Chairman two years later. In 2019, he was further elevated to Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wickesberg is an experienced board member, executive officer, and lender with a deep background in multi-site hospitality and healthcare industries. He is also experienced working with lending institutions and private equity firms through structuring capital, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and uncovering portfolio synergies. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Wickesberg served in various senior finance roles with HOA Restaurant Group, ZTejas, Inc., and GE Capital. Mr. Wickesberg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

    Dr. Heather Hawkins has committed her career to patient care while understanding current healthcare trends and value-based comprehensive care. Dr. Hawkins has an expansive clinical, academic and operational background, including leading medical-dental integration as well as quality and risk management for multi-site healthcare organizations. After 12 years of practicing general dentistry, she expanded her skills with several key roles in academia. In 2012 she joined the team at Adventist Health in Northern California, a multi-site health care organization with over 5,000 medical and dental staff physicians, as the Director of Quality. In her leadership role there, Dr. Hawkins led expansion and integration across the health system with medical and dental clinic management and an emphasis on comprehensive care models addressing patient risk factors, active disease and preventative measures. Dr. Hawkins earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University.

    Dr. Manu Chaudhry has dedicated his career in the pursuit of dental health care, improving clinical quality and access to care, and transforming delivery of care to improve overall health outcomes. He is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with extensive leadership experience over multi-region dental practices, and has also founded multiple collaborative organizations that reduce oral and overall health disparities. Dr. Chaudhry is a board member of Healthier Kids Foundation and holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific.

    Sandra Lau is a seasoned legal adviser with over fourteen years experience acting as General Counsel of multiple dental healthcare corporations. Ms. Laus responsibilities include advising executive management, supporting strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all aspects of the corporate legal function including HIPAA, state and federal regulatory compliance, corporate transactions and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and risk and litigation management. Before Joining InterDent, Ms. Lau served as General Counsel at Western Dental. Ms. Lau holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University.

    Bernard Piccione has extensive experience across a wide range of industries delivering complex enterprise-scale information technology solutions to achieve major global business value and objectives. Mr. Piccione excels at driving sustainable business growth through IT modernization, solution development, and global transformation initiatives while building strong partnerships to better leverage technology solutions. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Piccione served as CIO for Ingenuity Advisory Partners, Inc., Complex Care Solutions, Inc., and MagnaCare. Mr. Piccione holds a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science from Boston University.

    Darrin Kellaris is a senior marketing executive with over 20 years experience specializing in digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy. Mr. Kellaris offers a record of success in creating and driving marketing strategies that strengthen revenue, margins, and market share by elevating brand authenticity and relevance. At InterDent, he leads all aspects of marketing including digital and social media, brand positioning, and performance analytics. Prior to joining InterDent, he led marketing efforts at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and IHOP. Mr. Kellaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.

    Diane Stern brings almost 20 years of dental services organizational experience specializing in organizational design and strategic partnering. Ms. Stern is responsible for Human Resources planning and strategy for recruiting, retention, benefits and performance management. She built her HR leadership experience through roles at Coast Dental, PrimeCo Wireless Communications and LabCorp where she focused on employee programs to increase engagement and satisfaction along with operational efficiencies. Ms. Stern holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature, Education, and Business from the University of Tampa and volunteers at KMR Group Foundation.

    First time I'd been to a dentist in nearly two decades; got a lot of catching up to do. Gentle Dental's staff didn't make a big deal about it; they were very professional and thorough. They did exam and explained everything, gave me a complete run-down of my dental condition, a treatment plan, and an itemized list of my costs after insurance, so I ahead of time what those will be. I'd recommend them for anyone who's needing dental care.

    Had multiple problems with my visits leading up to my tooth extraction, got charged for something that was never discussed. I've been waiting since Nov of my procedure to receive my refund do to wrong charges. I show up to talk to someone after countless times my wife and I called to get any sort of help. They always gave the turn around with the excuse of " countless things that we can't contact anyone to help us. Always no one is available.

    I have been going here for years. Their customer service has gotten worse. They canceled my first appointment because they did not have enough hygienist. I had to reschedule my second appointment because of an emergency. Beverly scheduled me for February 1. I went in and they said they didn't have me for a 4:00 on this day, but for March 1. They proceeded to say they don't know why they schedule me that day because they still don't have enough hygienist. I didn't know hygienist had to be out for two months with COVID. They are constantly having new hygienist every time I go in. Must be a sign. I would look elsewhere for your dental needs.

    Nobody listened to us when we explained how much pain my husband was in. After prodding with my husbands tooth during an initial exam, they sent us home without telling us that they prescribed medication, and we didn't know at all, until we called later the same day because my husband was already balled over in tooth-pain again. Later on, they didn't prescribe medicine after the extraction, even when we told them that anesthesia doesn't last long with my husband, from a previous experience. 20 minutes after we go home, he can 100% feel the hole where his tooth once was. I have to call and they tell me "He shouldn't be feeling anything bc of the anesthesia". I go to our pharmacy and have to wait almost an hour for TYLENOL, because Gentle Dental sent the prescription late. Just another traumatizing dental experience.

    In Sept I had an appointment to repair an implant. Paid $285.60 up front to cover cost for work which had been explained in detail by the office manager. The dentist was unsuccessful & after repeated attempts told me she would have me rescheduled at a time the periodontist would be available to help. Never got a call back. I waited until Nov to hear from them, then left a message for the office manager. Never got a call back. Finally reached the office manager last week (Dec). Was told the $285.60 was for "cleaning the implant." Absurd! Said she'd get back to me. Didn't happen. So far my attempts to resolve this issue have been ignored. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Deception for financial gain is fraud.

    Overall experience was great. Everyone was really nice and it was super fast. I had a crown that was hurting really bad and I was under the impression (from another dentist) that it would need to be removed and cleaned out and either another crown or totally lose the tooth. Well Dr. Berry didn't see it like that at all, she actually just filed my tooth down a bit due to grinding. The next day it hurt just a little bit and then the next day it didn't hurt at ALL! She was right and I was so glad I went here instead of the other place because I would've spent a lot of money on a procedure that didn't really need to be done. Very satisfied!!!!! I definitely recommend!!

    Just completed an 18 month Invisalign treatment. I'm glad it's over, but I will truly miss the people involved. Dr Rios explained everything clearly and was involved in every step of the process. I relied on her expertise and the need to extend the wear time of certain liners to assure all turned out as planned. I'm certain I have the best results possible as a result of her input. Ashley was amazing! She worked with my insurance to enable me to minimize my out of pocket expenses - substantially. I cannot thank her enough for explaining the financial aspects that were best suited for me. The support staff were friendly and professional and the entire experience was unusual because I looked forward to going to the Dentist (Okay, Orthodontist, but you get the point). I also need to say thanks to Dr Berry and her personnel for being there when I actually did need to go to the Dentist. Thanks to all of you.

    Just want to recognize Naomi (Hygienist) at the Moore Gentle Dental for being an awesome person! She is a very sweet and caring employee! She is so friendly and makes her patients feel comfortable! She is such a genuine person! Also...I definitely recommend Dr. Berry for your dental needs. She is an excellent dentist! Very pleasant and friendly!! The staff at Gentle Dental is the best!! They care about the patients and it shows! Thanks for all you do!!

    Nice people and they earned an extra star for trying to be helpful. I'm not happy with them right now because I drove in from Mustang to take an early appointment they had called to offer, only to find out they couldn't give the care I needed in that appointment and I had to reschedule for two separate dates. It was very upsetting and the beginning of a rotten day.
