I was so nervous and tons of anxiety, they treated me good with lots of compassion for having to get a tooth pulled. I experienced mild discomfort and they talked me through whole process.

I'd like to preface this review by saying that I am terrified of dentistry. My teeth are not in good shape. I went about 10 years without dental care, and one of my biggest fears is being chastised for bad choices that I can't retroactively change. Drs. Liebhaber & Amini and staff were attentive and understanding. They provided an itemized estimate for my upcoming procedures and repeatedly reassured me that I'll be OK for the procedures. If you are fearful of dentists or dental procedures, I highly recommend this office. They'll take good care of you.

They sent me a bill stating insurance denied since the policy is not active. I confirmed with my insurance that the policy is active. I have been a patient over 3 years. Spoke to Cony at mill creek office and she was rude and dint care about it all. My initial request was to re run the claim as anyways I will pay the Patient responsibility. Will be changing clinics and will ask friends to stay away from this clinic. Very rude and disrespectful behavior - Cony

Bad cleaning and check-up experience! I don't think they know what they are doing. The hygienist tried to sell me the waterflosser which I don't need it. My friend, who is a hygienist in California for 15 yrs, never recommend it to me even I have asked her many times. My friend said my teeth just need regular daily floss because I have no big gap between them so waterflosser wouldn't work in my case. My teeth still feel dirty after cleaning. I wont come back

I went here to get a broken molar repaired. Dr. Lee installed a crown over my broken molar (my first crown). The entire experience was smooth and almost entirely painless. The whole process went as well as I could've hoped and my out of pocket expense, after my dental insurance, was very reasonable. Many thanks to Dr. Lee and her assistant for a great experience! I will be back for sure!

Don't come here for cleaning. The hygienist here seems like she doesn't know what she's doing. She is friendly and just focus on taking than cleaning my teeth. She didn't use the water machine to clean my teeth, all she did was just use her tools and the stone while doing her job. I know my teeth don't have lots things to clean but my previous hygienist always used the water machine to clean my teeth before using the tools. Went home, I still see while stuffs around my gums and when I flossed my teeth I till felt not smooth like I always felt with my previous hygienist. Very Bad cleaning experience for new patient.

Went to see Christine, the hygienist at Millcreek location 2 weeks before my vacation and I very like her until my emergency in my trip to New York. During my trip, my upper right teeth got so sensitive pain so I need to see the dentist there for emergency and found out my teeth still have built up from the X-ray that dentist show me!! How?!! How?? I had deep clean with her and came to see her couple weeks to recheck after and 3 months after so why my teeth still have built up!! I also had X-ray for my crown after that and the dentist at GD Millcreek looked at it so why she didn't mention about it.. I trusted you guys for my dental care and paid all my treatment without questions but now I feel so disappointed. The hygienist was talking very nicely but her work is bad.. I'm a patient and I can till see the big tartars in my X-ray so why couldn't they see it!!! Never want to come back and will move all my family members to better dental office

I really wanted to like Gentle Dental. I started at the Woodinville office. My first dentist there failed to get me completely numb and told me to "just bear down" as he continued to drill. On my next visit I talked with a new dentist. She spoke to me in a generally derogative tone and ridiculed me for having a gold crown on my molar. I decided to switch to the Mill Creek office. My visits here felt rushed and impersonal. Last summer one of my fillings fell out so I made an appointment to have it repaired. The dentist insisted he had never worked on my tooth and I left, baffled and without service. They sent me a $54 bill for that visit and I wrote back to remind them there had been no service. They sent the same bill several times and when I finally called to clear this up they threatened to send me to collections. I paid the bill but they burned a customer. Skip this place.

Receptionist coughing...$10 copay for ppe...is that not the cost of doing business right now?...Obsessive reminders about my appt...Obsessive over 10... last time here... Just listened to the receptionist repeat a Full Social Security number which is a violation of medical privacy laws... addition to this review. After going to a different dentist I realize had. My very first visit here was great but there were a few hiccups that made me reconsider staying with this dental practice on my second and third visit. After speaking with the office manager, he made it a goal to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. He was very genuine and took the time to not only listen to me, but to provide measurable actions to make sure my future visits were great. I have had nothing but great feedback to give about the entire staff since then and I really appreciate the attention to ensuring that me and my family were in good hands. I don't expect people to be perfect, but I do expect them to always show an effort to put the customer first and show support to making sure our visits are pleasant, we leave well informed and our safety and health are a priority. Both of my children are very satisfied and actually like going to the dentist, so I'm thankful for that. I also feel confident that my dentist is fully aware of my needs and will be proactive to follow up and make the best recommendations for me and my family! Thank you Gentle Dental for taking care of us!

It was my first visit here and I loved the ambience. Kinsley was supporting Dr. Valerie and both were really good. Explained me each and everything during my visit.
