Friendly & helpful staff. They explain everything before doing any work (what they are doing, cost, etc.). Take special care to make sure the visit is as comfortable & pain free as possible.

Very helpful in last minute appointment, always nice staff-on phone and in the office. Definitely affordable falow up visits. Safed my bleeding gums problem within only two visits ! Thank you ! I have been very pleased by the dental care I have received from Dental Gentle in Methuen. Today I had comprehensive x-rays and cleaning. Hannah my dental hygienist was excellent. She was professional and personable. She explained everything. Hannah put me at ease throughout my cleaning. A very positive experience.

Everyone here from the front desk, to my hygienist Hannah to the doctor was patient, kind and efficient. I was terrified to go to the dentist and am no longer scared. They were all amazing, I would recommend this office a thousand times!

I need more stars to give Gental Dental. I'm working through my treatment plan and I only have the best things to say about my experience there. From my exams, extractions and from my cleanings. Hannah is the best Hygienist that I ever had. She's amazing I always leave extremely happy!!!!!

This place has poor technology. I was put under a "ice cotton ball" experiment which indicates lack of dental education. I've been to 3 dentist office in the past 2 weeks and this one was definitely the worst. X-rays and exams should be enough to determine a oral problem. Not an experiment method. Also, just like most people I have very bad anxiety about going to the dentist. There are no options to help people with Dentist anxiety besides being offered an "anxiety prescription" before procedure, which is very poor customer service especially if a person is willing to pay out of pocket for their own comfort. I was denied the option of nitrogen and was told Local anesthesia (numbing of gums) was all I needed. Definitely will never return to this place again. Even if you are willing to pay out of pocket they will not offer you the option of self comfort besides a "local anesthetic".

I have been a client at the Methuen Gentle Dental for over 10 yrs. Staff is always friendly and professional. Myself and my two children are also very pleased w the care we receive. Very kind and gentle treatments.

My first time here @gentle dental was awesome I am going to be coming back again the dentist and the hygienist was great in telling me about my teeth and gums & the front desk girl is great for Explaining what the cost will be . I would recommend more people to go to gentle dental for their teeth and gums care.had my deep cleaning done today hanana is great she did a great job with deep cleaning my right side of my mouth & I would recommend her for my next deep cleaning thank you for your time and cleaning my right side of my mouth be safe out there and for the front desk girls keep doing a great job &be safe

Hannah was probably the best hygienist I have ever had. She took the time to educate me about my mouth and the true importance of flossing. It's one thing to be told to do something but it's another to really understand why. Hannah did both and she was also very easy to talk to. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The dentist's office has always been a source of anxiety for me but my experience with Gentle Dental in Methuen is helping to change that. The office staff is great but the real superstar is Hannah.
