Walk-in with problem tooth and was seen quickly. Exam, script and appointment next week to fix tooth. Front office staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful resolving insurance issues. Dr Ribdad explained everything in detail and was very gentle during exam. Thank you!

I am so so pleased with this place. Before my appointment yesterday, I hadn't been to the dentist in about 7 years so you can imagine I was feeling a bit nervous. These women at the office were nothing but kind, friendly and accommodating. For starters: I had a misunderstanding with my appointment time, causing me to show up late, and they were still able to fit me into the schedule no problem. From techs to hygienists to orthodontists, I was given the most careful and friendliest dental care from every staff member I was introduced to. It sounds silly to say, but the name "gentle dental" really makes sense to me now because that's EXACTLY what it was. Not once did anyone shame me for my lack of dental care those past 7 years. They were extremely warm-hearted and even took the time to get to know me as a person throughout the appointment. It means a lot to me to have a new dental clinic that I feel so welcomed and safe at. I am terrible with names so I wish I could name drop, but to all the ladies who cared for me yesterday , thank you so much!!!

After a few visits, you'll start looking forward to the next cleaning. Everyone is always super friendly and are always up front about costs/insurance co pays. The dental work is painless and always top notch.

The front desk is very helpful with any questions or print outs that I need for my plan of care. The dentist is attentive to make sure I am not in any pain and her assistant is helpful too, if I need anything before, during and after the procedure. The atmosphere is wonderful! They also offer insurance so it is affordable. Great place to go for dental care!

I switched to gentle dental about a year and a half ago and they do consistently great work. All the staff and dentists/hygienists are really friendly and considerate!! I continue going here even though I moved a little farther away.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a local dentist. My experience with Gentle Dental was pleasant, capable, and efficient from scheduling to check-in, cleaning, exam, and consult. The service was top-notch--good enough to make me contemplate paying out of pocket for an extra annual visit. Thank you reception staff, Elliana, and Dr. Bhatt--I look forward to my next visit!

Best dentist ever! It's so clean and organized, everyone is so friendly: the front desk, hygienist, and the doctor. They have the best equipment too, the x-ray is not those ones attached to arms, now they use the handheld ones. It's so modern and easy. My whole family comes here and we couldn't be happier!

I am so glad I switched to this dental office. I switch dental offices quite frequently but I will definitely be sticking to this one permanently. I love the atmosphere of the office it's always so bright and cheery. All the staff are super friendly. I went in to get a cleaning, the usual boring process got turned into a very entertaining and lighthearted experience. I 100% recommend switching to this dental office.

I Have had always been worried about dental work and want to do the least amount of work possible. But my experience at medford was so great. They were very detailed honest and explained everything so well. I had a deep cleaning, few extractions which were pain free and also had my worn down front teeth fillings. I am going to see them for more long treatment for my better oral health but even the small things were pain free and my smile looks great now just with fillings. I cannot than the Dentist and team enough

Employees are nice but I went in to get a chipped tooth filled and they tried to upsell me on full X-rays and cleaning that I did not need or ask for. I had to say no multiple times for them to finally get the correct technician to do the procedure I made the appointment for. Additionally the filling is on my front tooth and looks absolutely terrible. Now spending more time and money to get what should have been a simple chip filled, fixed somewhere else. Do not recommend.

I have a phobia of needles and I had to get my wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Richa Bhatt was truly magical. She has eradicated my fear of needles itself. She was so skillful and patient that I didn't feel the injection or the extraction! I am beyond words. So so so impressed. 10/10 work!!
