Scammy practice. I ended up walking out. Friendly staff but they shouldn't be able to dictate people getting deep cleanings, requiring novacaine due to the pain and discomfort the procedure causes, not to mention the fact it can cause nerve damage and infections. The dentist sends the office assistant in to do her dirty work, skirting around questions raised and trying to manipulate patients into procedures they don't need. They wasted an hour of my time and I have to go elsewhere for a REGULAR cleaning (which I have done every six months without issue). Terrible business, they need to shut dentists like this down.

The hygienists were very informative and thorough about my procedure and plan for bottom dentures. They did a great job removing one of the teeth and numbing me up well! Originally I would have had to make another appointment because I had no money and went in simply for a cost plan and exam but Emily was excellent in finding my insurance ID details which allowed me to return a few minutes later to get things moving along. This was a huge help! Emily is the practice manager and she did a great job making this first visit happen. And she's cute too! Finally in 3 weeks I will have this whole procedure behind me and I can look forward to looking like I should always be smiling instead of a 3rd-class citizen.

I have extreme anxiety and fear about my teeth and anything dental-related. I went to Gentle Dental on S.Willow street after waiting way too long for a cleaning and knowing I needed fillings. Dr. Park and Carla made sure I felt as comfortable as possible and this was by far the best dentist visit!

By far the BEST dental practice I've ever been to!! Everyone was so polite & super sweethearts, all of the girls are fantastic! The dentist (Dr. Park) is amazing.... a fitting choice for "Gentle" Dental! Within less than a minute she had 4 of my teeth pulled without even a hint of pain or discomfort! She took the time to go over everything with me and discuss all of my options & was very patient, kind & understanding through the entire process. I would (and will) recommend everyone I know looking for a dentist to go to Gentle Dental located at 1111 South Willow Street! So, after my 4th (maybe 5th) visit not only do I have nothing bad to say about any aspect of any part of any of my visits.... I am still standing firm with "BEST dental practice I have ever been to, EVER"!! I get there & I am greeted by smiles & an extremely pleasant staff, you can tell these girls genuinely love what they do & it shows! I am promptly brought back to the dentist who also greets me with a smile & a personality that says she's truly happy to see me (no matter how busy she is)! The treatment is done swiftly yet accurately & most importantly, GENTLY! I actually look forward to my visits with the entire staff at Gentle Dental on South Willow Street & I have never in my life been excited about seeing the dentist!!! If you're in need of a dentist I strongly recommend Gentle Dental on South Willow Street in Manchester NH! Dr. Park & her entire staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience, one you'll look forward to rather than dread!
