This place used to be good when Dr. Gupta was around. After she left, the new doctor is horrid and the business practice becomes dishonest. I went for a cleaning. They asked the doctor to come over, who took a glance at my teeth, and told me that I need a bunch of works, including a tooth that already start to decay. If not removed, it will break and have to be extracted. She said this in a very menacing tone. She seriously wants me to believe my teeth had deteriorated in half year? This was not what Dr.Gupta had told me six months ago. A week later I logged into my insurance to check what's left, I saw they have billed my insurance for oral checkup, when all they did is nothing other than spent two mins to take a glance and told me I have to pay a bunch of money, for something couldn't worsen so quick in half year. I will never return.

Don't expect to be see on time. I've been a few times now and have to wait at least 35 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for. It's not a staffing issue, they just double book with no regard for their patients work life. Evaluations consist of fear based tactics to get you to buy services you don't need. I was told I needed all of this work estimated for thousands of dollars but saw THREE other experts, none of them saw any issues.

Got an emergency appointment right away! Seen by a very nice doctor, had my plan to take care of my problem. All in a matter of about 1/2 an hour. From the call to the walk out the door. They're great!!

My daughter is 19 and had a dental emergency on Saturday. Even though the office was closing in 20 minutes the front desk assistant, Linda called the dentist Dr Revah and her assistant Buki, both of them answered on their day off. They navigated Linda to my daughter's temporary bridge which saved the day! Also, our hygienist Lisa spoke to me on her day off as well to help and calm me down. The end result was my daughter was able to go away the next day and this team pulled through for my girl!! Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough!

I was scheduled for an 8:10 appointment for a tooth Extraction. Dr. Vu and his team were extremely courteous, caring, efficient and professional. I was out of the office at 8:32 pain free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of the best.

I DO NOT recommend THIS LOCATION. They advertise a $57 offer for new patients and then dont apply it and bill the insurance company a higher amount. I did not expect such sneaky business practice from a dentist office.

Tl;dr A dentist tried claiming my boyfriend and I had cavities which in fact upon verifying with another dentist we did not Last year my boyfriend and I had recently moved to the area and we're looking for a new dentist. Enough good reviews warranted a visit with this Gentle Dental location. My boyfriend also doesn't have insurance so the intro cleaning fee and exam sold us on coming here. We both saw Dr. Gupta and only had X-rays and photos done that day. We both had staining on our back molars which is what Dr. Gupta claimed were cavities. I recall vaguely that cavities can be deduced with an X-ray so something didn't seem right to me. We both were diagnosed with two cavities each. The fact we both had "2 cavities" was another bad sign. I went to another dentist in the area and had my X-rays from this location sent to them. Guess what? No cavities! I would highly recommend not going to this location and if you do, DO NOT see Dr. Gupta (female). She was very personable and kind which softens you to her a diagnosis. A perfect sociopath in my opinion. Very scary to be in this situation but I hope it helps and prevents someone from being scammed and having their body manipulated by a fraud.

Did a Zoom treatment today and I was thrilled with the results Andrea you are the best!! Lot of laughs and overall, a great experience. The entire staff at the Malden Gentle Dental are such a wonderful group. Prior to me choosing this office, I never enjoyed making a trip to the dentist. Being totally serious when I now say that I look forward to cleaning appointments as there is no one else like Lisa. The best Hygienist hands down no contest. All we do is laugh and she is the reason why I never miss an appointment. She is amazing at her job and no other hygienist has ever made me feel more relaxed. If you're looking for a hygienist, you would be extremely fortunate to have her. Book appts way in advance though as her open appointments fill up fast. That's how great she is at her job. Definitely ask for Andrea if you're looking to spruce up your smile with Zoom. I can't say enough about these individuals as well as the entire staff. Thank you guys for everything!
