Dr Amer teamed with Marissa were phenomenal, very gentle and thorough. I was in and out in reasonable time. I have never been treated so well by a dentist team before! Marissa did the best cleaning and dr amer went above and beyond. I will go back to the elm street location from now on!

They were great i called with tooth pain i wanted it yanked and they were able to fit me in and get it taken care of the same day. Super appreciate that. Not only that i didnt feel a thing the dentist i had was amazing and had it out in no time!

I went in for an appointment with a complaint of tooth pain. After X-rays and one of the doctors poking in my mouth for 30 seconds they said I didn't have any cavity's or signs of what could cause me discomfort but that I needed "descaling" a deep cleaning which is actually a treatment for gum disease and was told it would cost around $1,100 and they refused to schedule a regular cleaning. Luckily I had gone to a private dentist the next day who also took X-rays and showed me with the proper tools they have that I actually do not have gum disease at all and did not need the treatment Gentle Dental had told me I did, just need a regular cleaning.

The staff is super nice and friendly here. I had two teeth pulled here and it was so fast. I have went to three other dentists before here for tooth pulls over the years, including the Elliot Oral Surgery and Amoskeag Urgent Dental Care. Only lidocaine works for me and I was significantly more comfortable here. No stitches were done which ended up being preferable because they irritate my gums. Their oral surgeon is very friendly and quick. I was able to get in with him in under a week. They do have their own in house insurance which is an interesting option.

Good hygenist staff and dentist is extremely efficient - was worried at first because of bad childhood experiences but no pain from fillings and good cleaning. Also they're very good with availability and taking care of things quickly.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! I went there to have a tooth pulled. It was half off already. But was told I needed a full exam with x-rays. Ok fine. She said I had No Tooth Decay, No Gum Disease not even one Cavity.... #1 Then was told they wanted to pull the tooth next to it. I declined right away. #2 Was told I needed a scaling. I had that done 10 years ago so I knew what to except. #2 the first side went fine. The second side not a good experience at all. #3 It hurt .... I jumped three times. I had to give her the timeout sign with my hand to stop.. And ask for more novocaine. What a shock it was when I realized she faked it. So needless to say i was still in pain. I couldn't wait for her to be done. And that didn't take long she seemed to be in a rush. It was finally over. #4 I went home took a nap when I got up I was still in pain.. #5 I waited a few day then called them to be seen because I knew someone wasn't right. I couldn't eat sold foods just pudding, jello & yogurt. I couldn't chew food without my jaw being in Severe pain. #6 I was told they had no openings for a week I'm not going to be in pain and get stuck eating soft foods for a week. + I Ended up calling another orthodontist (AD) they were happy to see me the next day Thank God. I had to go to Gentle Dental to sign a record release form. The receptionist asked me if I wanted to keep my upcoming appointments The new orthodontist did x-rays they found out my back tooth was fractured down too the root. #7 I knew something wasn't right. Thanks too General Dentals damage they did My out of pocket expense was $2,500 For a root canal and a crown to save the tooth they fractured. I have heard nothing but horror stories by people that went to General Dental. And of course it had to be after the fact. I was told if not all but most of there orthodontist just graduated. So you may be there fist Patient they've had. I don't know about you but I would rather have someone more experienced. I should make them pay my bill. But I'm sure they will Deny the damage they did. But I can prove they did it.

I went in for a dental emergency and was in so much pain.. from the lady at front desk to the guy that did X-rays to the dentist their first priority was getting me out of pain.. they were so nice and walked me through everything they were doing. I had issues with filling a prescription and the lady at the front desk reassured me and pointed me in the right direction to make sure I got what I needed to be comfortable until my next appointment... I highly recommend this office!

Very disappointed with my dentures. The pain and activation I went through was awful and I do mean PAIN. They never told me I had to pay for my last visit to adj my dentures and next thing I new I got a bill through the mail of $100.00 and I will not pay. The dentures are crooked, hurt and not a true bite, they're very painful to wear. I spent $25.000 and am totally unhappy with the Doctors and service I got, they made me feel very uneasy. You'd think I'd get a phone call to see if I'm ok with them but nothing.
