    I am disappointed with the service since my husband and I went there for regular cleaning (twice a year) and some minor work (filling) done for over 10 years prior to covid. I had never have problems getting reminder for cleaning but once we had a lockdown, I have never heard from them again. It seems like they don't care about getting business. Their hygienists are decent and some are not so gentle but they got the job done. However, some dentists are not that fanatics and it really depends on which one you are able to get the appointment. I wouldn't recommend anyone if you haven't heard good things about this place from someone you know.

    Great dentists and staff! Dr. Ciani and all this fellow dentists/oral surgeons are great. I've seen an array of them and they were all so knowledgeable and caring. The reception staff and dental assistants are also amazing. All really great people. They care about you & provide great service. Highly recommend! - Stef Shellhamer

    How is it that a place called "Gentle Dental" has a secretary who is the opposite of gentle?

    They are a bunch of crooks my husband went there in severe pain they took his 200 dollars and told him he needed a route canal didn't even give him antibiotics or anything to get him out of pain he hasn't slept in two days because of the pain he is in and has tried everything unless you want to be robbed don't ever go here.

    They have always worked with me. Last minute appointments. As early as needed. As late as needed. Even worked with me when I no longer had dental insurance. Love them!

    Your wait time will be longer than your appointment. Don't bother annoying the staff with stupid questions like, "how are you?"

    I have never even been to this place. I am giving a one start because I had a simple question, I just wanted to know if they take my insurance, before I could get the question out the lady on the phone cut me off and asked me to hold. I said no problem I waited 5 mins. She never took me off hold so I called again. Same thing happened. If you can't answer my question how can I trust you with my teeth.

    I called because of a referral that I received from a current patient. Unfortunately I couldn't get past how rude the receptionist was. As soon as she picked up the phone she said hold please. Which would have been fine except that when she returned to the phone she asked how she could help me and all I got out was that I was referred by a friend to which she sighed and said hold on. Very rude. A sorry can you please hold once more would have been find instead of cutting me off mid sentence. Won't be calling back.

    Went with tooth pain - dentist cleaned and left for the day! Left me in pain and told to make another appt. (Office said he had a death in family). Tried to electronically pay bills - got returned. Took a year for someone to tell me why and how to settle bill - I even went in person to pay - impossible - no one could tell me anything. Dentist extremely ignorant to small children! Asked for x-rays to transfer to another dentist. Called a week later - was told someone was out, someone was in the hospital and yes, the favored someone had a death in the family. My advise would be to stay away!
