The hygienists are great, the dentist is OK (she told me I needed invisalign and then when I came in for the referral they couldn't tell me why I needed them or what it would fix, which was a big waste of time) but the front desk staff have a system problem that I can't deal with anymore. for my last three appts they've changed the date/time that we've agreed on without telling me... it's so frustrating and makes scheduling around my job impossible, so I have to leave and find another practice.

Dare I say I enjoy going to the dentist because of Gentle Dental? I hadn't visited the dentist in years and decided it was time. I chose gentle dental because it's close to home. I ended up having to get some minor work done that required me to come back on a couple of occasions. The dentist and dental assistant were phenomenal. It was like going back to visit friends who just so happened to work on my teeth. They explained the procedures carefully and were very patient with my questions etc. I highly recommend Gentle Dental for thoughtful (and actually gentle) dental care.

I've had mixed experience here. They advertised a first time patient $57 cleaning and exam. I made an appointment. A week before the appointment I had an emergency so I went to GD figuring they were now my new dentist. Then I was charged full price for the cleaning and exam because I wasn't a new client. Seriously?? Second bad experience was a 10 am appointment and sitting in the dental chair listening to my dentist chat for 15 minutes about non-dental issues with the patient in the next stall.

This place is great! Had an implant abutment and crown procedure done. While the process took very long due to a multitude of factors including my implant having to be sent back for re-fitting, the tooth fairies (Dr. Colon, Dr. Talati and dental assistant Monica) that took care of me were FANTASTIC!!!
