The owner of this business, John Borches, is a THEIF! This business (and its sister offices in Sarasota and Ocala) owes thousands of dollars for crowns/bridges that patients are proudly walking around with today. This means they were claimed by this office to each patient's insurance company, then they received their money, and they NEVER paid the Dental Laboratory for their labor or the materials used to make their patients crowns/bridges!

DONT---Was there just few minutes for x ray , cleaning - I have Insurance for this Location - They Charged the Insurance over $ 300. That must be looked into and Jail Please. Creative BILLING !

I have seen 4 different dentists there in the last 2 years which should of been a red flag. This last dentist decided that she was not able to do my filling as she did not have the "tools" to work with a small mouth? This is crazy And then had an office manager call and discharge me because she wasn't capable of the work. Makes me doubt that capability of said dentist. The staff seems very nice and the hygienist and assistants are nice enough but having a dentist that is subpar and fully admits they can't do the work should be a huge alarm. And to just get rid of patient because they can't do the work is crazy. It's a filling not surgery.

The gals at the front desk were great. That's where the experience ends here!! Run, don't walk away from this place!! I was last seen 6 months ago at my Ohio Dentist, where he told me I take very good care of my teeth and I had no cavities and no care needed going forward.Now I see this Dentist, Dr Purev, and I suddenly have multiple finds of decay and need $3500.worth of work!! The back of the house was less than friendly when trying to engage them, including the hygienist who did not introduce herself. I was told my teeth Reallly needed a good cleaning , although I manually floss, as well as using a water pic flosser. This place operates like a mill that pushes patients through and all they care about is $$$. I will be filing a formal complaint. Do yourself a favor and find a good dentist office that offers patient care and shows concern.

Gentle is the right word. Dentists and assistants are very patient and caring. Treated me as an entire person, not just a toothache. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our experience with them! From the receptionist Terry to the hygienist. Highly reccomend them. I hate getting my teeth cleaned. But looking forward to returning. The xray gal was super gentle. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Worse place ever been to! NO digital equipment, Xrays have to be developed and considerably more radiation. Equipment and office looks like it is from the 1970's. They cleaned my teeth, then I had an exam and the dentist asked when was I going to have my teeth cleaned, I said it was just done!! Then they wanted to charge me for another cleaning. High turnover in staff, I felt like profit over patient! I don't trust them, will never go there again, plus they charged you for you records to take to a new dentist, that you paid for and they don't need.

Ruined my teeth I need 8 implants because of gentle dental.. never trust a dentist that has crooked yellow teeth himself.. I would not recommend he refused to continue working on me because he couldn't fix what he messed up just simply and carelessly refused to have me as a patient.. I had 3 oral surgeons confirm that he completely screwed up my teeth.. think twice before going.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! Unbelievably cold and uncaring...did more harm, poor cleaning, overcharged and $4,000 of work didn't last a year! Does not acknowledge wrongdoing and does not care!! BEWARE!!

First time here and my appointment was for 11:00 am. Its 30 min past my appointment time and they still have not called me in. My time is valuable too. NOT a good first impression
