This dental office is great. Had my fourth crown done.Dr.Guerra and his staff are GREAT. They make sure you are comfortable with everything they are doing. They explain everything that is going on and if you need a break that is fine. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work. They are the best

Gentle Dental Franklin has got something really unique going on. Unlike other dental practices I've been to, the team at GD Franklin actually seem to genuinely care about their patients. Instead of hitting you over the head right off the bat with expensive treatment plans and confusing insurance estimates, Dr. Guerra first takes the time to explain in detail whatever the dental issue is that you have and he does it with compassion and understanding. You don't feel rushed to get in and out of the chair and you really sense that he truly cares about your dental health and wellbeing and that you're not just a name and an account number. "We're going to take really good care of you," Dr. Guerra told me at my very first appointment. It's been a long time since I heard a dentist say that and it was beyond reassuring. The other rock star at Gentle Dental in Franklin is Chelsea, who just may be one of the best hygienists I've ever had. She's friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. She's exceptionally skilled at her job and she does it with the same compassion and caring that seem to be the hallmark of GD Franklin. From the reception desk staff on down to the doctors and the hygienist, GD Franklin is welcoming and caring - two things that are sorely lacking in today's medical and dental industries. If your'e tired of dental practices that seem to care more about money than the actual wellbeing of their patients, check out Dr. Guerra and his team in Franklin. You won't be disappointed.

I had an emergency tooth situation and Dr G and Lerenna took care of me even when my own DEntist could not find a space for me(Bye Alpha Dental !) With joy and compassion Gentle Dental took care of my needs. We shared laughter as they put in a temporary crown so as not to have my vacation interrupted. Awesome space, place and people! Atmosphere is top notch as was dental service! Thanks Emily for being a problem solver and getting me in and out. I am happily a new patient!

Initially, I thought this office was great. However, I no longer feel the same. IF YOU HAVE TWO INSURANCES, DO NOT GO THERE! They will charge you an expected "patient" amount, they will then submit the claim to both insurances, receive both payments, maintain an excess of payment due since I was charged, then they will acknowledge the overpayment in person, and finally will leave your overpayment balance in their system for over a year without reimbursing you that amount. This all happened on May 21, 2021, and I'm still waiting for the overcharge reimbursement. They acknowledged that I have a credit in the system. An entire year has gone by and I'm still waiting for this check. They were quick to charge me the day of and submit to both insurances, but they have not followed through with the reimbursement. Why was I charged when both my insurances covered all costs? Why have they held on to my money for over a year? DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE TWO GOOD INSURANCES THAT COVER COSTS 100%! Dr guerra is a great Dr. knows what he is doing and knows how to treat his patients. Probably is the corporation who does the billing Note after I post my review last June. I got my money back

I have not been to a dentist literally on decades due to fear and low gag threshold. Due to a planned surgery, I had some broken infected teeth that had to be dealt with to have surgery. Booked with these folks for exam and extraction and had a fantastic experience. After surgery did first deep clean in decades, no problems, no issues, can't say enough positive on my experience hrre

I had a tooth extraction, so was a bit nervous as I haven't had that, in many years. I'm also a woman in my 80s. Dr, G and Lennnor, (sorry if name is spelled wrong). They both made me feel very comfortable and somewhat at ease before and during the procedure. I would recommend them highly. Thank you both for helping me through this experience.

I am totally petrified of the dentist .. even cried when Dr came in. He made it so comfortable and helpful and will help all the work that needs to be done when I can do it. He is amazing. The front desk staff is also amazing .. calming..reassuring .. no judgements at all. I greatly appreciate the emergency check up ...and was relieved I can wait until next week for the work to begin!!

I have an outright fear of the dentist. However I can tell you that my experience with gentle dental went VERY well. I was told what they were going to do, explained my apprehension, and was treated extremely well. Highly recommended! Had another appt on 11/23, cleaning with Chelsea went awesome! Easy check in and out, new appt setup and it went great! June 14- another successful visit for a cleaning. Chelsea was excellent not only performing this but puts my fears at ease. Highly recommend anyone that needs some care to make an appointment. You will not regret it!

Just had another amazing appointment at Gentle Dental! This is the first time I met Lorenna and HOLY SMOKES she's the best!!! She had to fix all the attachments on my teeth that someone else did poorly in order to prep me for my next set of aligners. She was so thoughtful, and she patiently made sure they all adhered correctly and triple checked to make sure there were no sharp edges! Lorenna-Thank you SO MUCH for making that unexpectedly long dental visit literally a blast! Thank you for wiping all of the drips before they got to my ears, being patient with my crazy tongue, and for sharing all you tips and tricks! I hope you get some new lollipops so I can finally see what they are! Dr. G- Thank you for letting me take up 2 hours of Lorenna's time, for your reassurance, and for being understanding of my previous dental experience and so extremely considerate of my needs!! I felt like a million bucks when I left. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! We need more patient and compassionate people like the two of you in this world!
