My daughter had a great experience having her teeth cleaned and the girl that checked our history and took x-rays was wonderful, however that was the only good we had! We came here because my daughter needed veneers after getting her braces off, there was extensive phone conversation before even making this appointment! The dentist tried to sell us on some new more invasive procedure that was going to cost thousands and thousands per tooth, she needed to have two of them done! Listen to your patience, just because you're the doctor doesn't mean you're always right! I stood my ground and after he spoke with the orthodontist agreed that I was correct! I was not impressed by the argumentative nature so we did not return. Upon checking out the receptionist told me it would be cheaper to utilize their $59 first time deal except it wasn't cheaper, with my insurance all our initial x-rays and two cleanings per year are free!! The worst part is she charged us $59 each and I did not even get a cleaning so my $59 did not include what they said nor would it be cheaper than my insurance!

My daughter broke her front tooth at school at 5 at night. I left a message for the team and I got a call first thing in the morning and we had an appt by 10. They did a fantastic job building the tooth up. It looks great!

Dr Patel and his entire staff are great. I have an anxiety disorder, which makes going to the dentist even for a routine cleaning difficult for me. They are always kind, patient, and understanding which helps make the process much easier. Truly outstanding dental office.

I just called to reschedule an appointment and what a Horrible experience with Michelle from the front desk i had for the second time, she has no sense of what patient experience is or excellent customer service. The rest of the team is wonderful but we won't be going there again ( my husband and both my kids) because of her. So i asked to speak with a "Manager" which was even worse and didn't even bother asking me what happen. I hope this will be addressed because it is really sad to have those people at the front line in such an awesome place.

they are all very kind and professional people that I would very highly recommend, especially to people who get anxiety about going to the dentist. although getting a tooth pulled is no fun, I'm grateful I had it done here.

Awful place, website tells you different information than the staff..they do not do payment plans and cant bill you. My situation was life threatening and they turned me down. Back to the hospital for the third time!
