GD Costa Mesa makes me "smile!" The scheduling team is courteous and professional. Jennifer at the front desk is kind and helpful. I love Dr. Hazrati, DDS. She's smart and caring. Delores is a caring and thorough dental hygienist. I don't know the name of the x-ray tech but she is nice and patient! Looking forward to working with Dr. Kallaos DDS too. Tx GDCM team for your good care.

I came to this dump for braces 5 years ago, guess what... I still have them on and no signs of getting them off even tho I've asked so many times when I'm getting them taken off. The only answer I get is "idk" or "a couple more months". The only time I got an estimated time was 2 years ago when they said 2 more months Please don't waste ur time here they don't gaf ab customer satisfaction

They are as greasy as used car salesmen and as slimy as an untrustworthy lawyer here. They will try to push all sorts of unnecessary treatments on you, don't trust them! Dr. Amrollahie is as bad as they come, and make sure to avoid Zora, she's just as horrible as the dentist.

First off, front staff is amazing. The only saving grace. The dentist...another story. Dr. Zobaer had zero respect for me as a patient. I was scheduled for a comprehensive dental exam and to have work done on trouble teeth due to pain. This is after I had to be rescheduled from the week prior, because the doctor ran out of time last week to see me (even though I arrived at my appointment time). I'm in pain, I made this clear. This is a dentist that just doesn't care. He had no time for me, and my time meant nothing to him. Zobaer's looked at about 4 X-rays, ignored the rest. Didn't exam my entire mouth, but only took a brief look at about 3 or 4 teeth. Advised I had a couple cavities and told me to make an appointment. When I tried to explain the situation (i.e. this was my second time making an appointment for a full exam and filling on the problem teeth), he essentially turned to his staff and advised them that he had no time and left. He barely acknowledged me, didn't even tell me how he would fix the issues or what it would entail. He spent no more than 2 minutes with me, then ignored me.... even when I was upset about the situation. He could care less. His staff--amazing. I had more guidance from his front desk than from Zobaer about what the dental work I needed. Zobaer just made me take time off work for nothing and had no respect to even try to explain things thoroughly. Horrid experience. Horrible, entitled dentist. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Do not go to him. Try another dentist at this office.

First time to this office and had a great experience. Dr. Hazarati was warm and friendly and the team was really nice and accomodating. Zora was my hygienist and I am super glad. She is one of those people you feel like you've known for years. Seriously. I felt totally comfortable with her even though I was getting an expected, uncomfortable procedure (SRP). I did know it coming in since I have been very bad at floosing all my life. Zora walked me through a grown-up version of why I need to take care of my teeth (especially my gums) at my age and older and I really hope she woke me up. I bought an airflosser and some mouth rinse and plan to take better care of my gums. Going to a dentist is never fun, but sometimes the people that work with you can help it be welcoming and comfortable. Thank you for the exceptional visit. See you next time.

Super slow and outdated. I came in for regular cleaning, it took 1.5 hours to get out, and the cleaning itself was pretty terrible with sloppy results. The hygienist just used a sharp tool to scrape at my teeth, a couple of times the tool slipped and ended up puncturing my gums. On top of that, the insides of my teeth don't even look clean. When cleaning the mouth after going at my teeth (and gums) with this metal toothpic (which is probs how teeth cleaning uswd to be done 20 years ago..), she sprayed the water all over my face, it was dripping on the sides of my mouth on my sweater... This was the worst cleaning experience I've had. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because people were nice - even if this doesn't make up for lack of professional expertise.

Not sure how this place has 3.5 stars. Absolutely one of the worst places ever. They are Incredibly unethical and will lie to cover up their mistakes. The old Ortho Dr. McHenry ordered a few of sisters teeth removed. Turns out he requested for the wrong teeth. They later denied it and said they had never requested that. I asked to speak to a manager about this and was told they were a corporate and could not help me. They asked for my info and said their Operations Director would call me back. Never did. Horrible place. Stay away. They are corporate and don't really care as long as they get paid.

Call frequently, the customer service team needs micromanagement if you want to be serviced properly. The dentist's are professional and a pleasure to work with, its a shame that their support staff behind the front desk doesn't care if they make any money, because its not only their minimum wage jobs on the line, but the careers of people who put in hard work to be where they are.

My husband goes to this dentist and I honestly have no idea why they have 3.9 stars. You know a dentist is terrible when someone who doesn't even see them feels the need to leave a review. Every time my husband goes they are SO unorganized, they run behind (even if you're the first appointment of the day), and they don't ever know what's going on. It shouldn't take 2 hours to get a routine cleaning done. He also tried to get his wisdom teeth out there, and on the day he showed up to have it done they informed him that it was some random dentist doing it and then this new guy said he wasn't even comfortable performing the surgery so we went for nothing. I really wouldn't recommend this awful place to anyone - if you have HMO insurance and this one gets assigned to you, just find a different place. Seriously.

Incredible work on a much-needed deep cleaning that I needed to keep my oral hygiene in check. Zora was specifically amazing, and I will continue to come back to see her and get my regular check-ups. Great experience!

I had to see the specialist for a root canal. The doctor, Pruss I believe was so nice and helpful. The mama get was also! They were upfront and honest and helped me make the decision best for me. They didn't try to get my money, they truly listened and worked out a plan with me based on what I could afford. Would highly recommend! Glad I found a "gentle" dentist and office
