Absolutely amazing! The staff are all so kind and friendly. I had a lot of issues with dentists in the past and use to dread going. Gentle Dental changed my mind on that. I no longer mind going to the dentist and my surgery today was no where near as scary as what I've dealt with before for extractions. Highly recommend!! And they work with you not against you!

Using Nitros Oxide and allowing me to play my classical music made my experience almost enjoyable. I have huge anxiety when it comes to the dentist! The noise of drilling and the pressure in my mouth is typically intolerable. Thank you so much for helping me come up with this awesome solution. Dr. Cash and assistant were wonderful! I am a very happy customer.

A month after extraction I had some tiny bone shards coming through that were cutting up the side of my tongue. The dentist used a topical numbing agent, removed two shards and filed down a sharp bit attached to the bone. I wasn't charged and my mouth feels so much better now.

I am a new patient and I am very pleased I chose Gentle Dental. I have severe anxiety as it is and going to the dentist is NOT my favorite event since I have had a very bad experience in the past with another facility, it is a major trigger for me. However the team listened to my concerns, gave me suggestions. My PCP prescribed me medication to help with my anxiety while at the dentist and with that and a great team my experience was seamless. Thank you

Had to have a tooth removed. First one ever in my life All the employees there we're kind & Caring, the two women that worked on me made me feel better about the whole situation. It was quick painless and extremely affordable. I was shocked on how little money I paid. Gentle Dental will be my permanent orthodontist. I can't see me wanting to go anywhere else. Thank you all for such an amazing experience.

I had to switch my dentist and had decided to come here, just sitting in the waiting room filling out paperwork was a lot. All the staff is doing is talking about personal things and gossiping. It didn't feel very professional in anyway.

I had the pleasure of having Krystal get my crown ready today. She was absolutely fantastic! She was so so nice, easy to talk to, answered all my questions made sure that my crown was comfortable and looked good. Even reassured me if I didn't like the color we could fix that. Honestly just an absolute joy and she's definitely in the right field. I never felt rushed, she took her time with me, even took the time to answer questions about my husbands teeth grinding etc. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her today. Also Jesse at the front desk was awesome as usual! I'll be coming back with my husband to see Dr. Cash who we will be meeting. Thank you again Krystal! And stay awesome Jesse!

My husband's appt was at 3pm, he waited 20 minutes before they took him in. He just had to have a cap rescued; literally takes less than 10 minutes. He told them he had a Dr appt across town at 440pm. They took him in, took off the cap and left him there for an hour while the pulled someone else's teeth in the next chair. When he finally got out and went to pay cash, we don't have insurance, he was told extremely rudely to "go sit down, I have 3 ahead of you". He reminded them he was in the chair for an hour while they helped someone else and he still had the other appt at 440, it now bei.g 430. The girl rudely asked her coworker to help him. After she whipped around rolling her eyes at him she said "it's going to take time for us to do the paperwork so leave and call us back later to pay and your expected to pay that price on the paper. I've never been treat so rudely. I get that they're short staffed, but in that case don't book what you can't handle. I will NEVER go back there and I recommend this company to no one. Their customer service is worst I've ever seen! If I could give them zero stars I would.
