Dr.Smolyar literally saved my life. I walked in the dental office with a severe infection in two root canals. Dr.Smolyar and her assistant Claudia were very nice, very professional and even though I was in so much pain they made me feel comfortable.

Everybody is so nice and understanding about your stage of dental health. I've never felt ashamed or judged for my past decisions on dentle hygiene. They are upfront about what they're doing and what they see. I highly recommend gentle dental! 10\10

Didn't get a cleaning on my first appointment like I thought I would for a checkup. Was seen quickly. Xrays were fast and my consultation for invisalign was lovely. It's awesome that they have scanners for your teeth and a computer software to show how it'll end up after treatment

AMAZING! Dr. Desai and the whole team at Gentle Dental are amazing. I had a traumatising dental experience when I was a child that left me terrified to go to dentists until I had no choice. Was recently refered to Gentle Dental and now love the dentist. Dr. Desai was so great. Gentle is the best word for her care. Had several teeth extracted and barely felt more than a tug! I highly recommend anyone with dentist fears try seeing Dr. Desai. If you need new teeth constructed try checking out the amazing work that Hima does! I am still with a temp bridge and can not wait to see the final results. Already this has changed my life! THANK YOU DR. DESAI, HIMA AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT GENTLE DENTAL.

I highly recommend Gentle Dental!! I've always had good experiences with them. I get anxious before I go but Lisa always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She has a very gentle way of doing things. I just love Dr Desai!! She is amazing and I trust both her and Lisa in everything they do. I had one issue one time and Dr Desai called me personally to talk to me about it and resolved the situation. The assistants that help do the bigger work are all amazing too!! If you are looking for a really good dental office that's the place to go!!

The staff is very polite and courteous. My dentist was great at explaining what was going on and was very careful while doing a root canal. I was in quite a bit of pain and she eased my anxiety. Thank you!

Due to insurance change, I came to this office for a routine cleaning. This location was not mindful or respectful of my time. I waited for the provider for 45 minutes (well passed my appointment time). I did not receive the service I came in for (general cleaning), the provider recommended x-rays to be completed. When I asked what my patient responsibility would be prior to the x-rays being done, the provider seemed annoyed and implied that I was "the hold up" - just an FYI lack of transparency in healthcare is a BIG red flag. Overall, what should have been at most an hour ended taking 3 hours and to top it off, this office balance billed me (for anyone who is unfamiliar with this term, this is when a claim is paid in full by your insurance & the provider goes back to the patient to request additional payments for the same services to essentially "balance" the cost). For services that are in-network, this type of billing is not illegal but it is obnoxious as it is often the result of a billing error on the providers side (rates are pre-agreed upon by insurance companies) & a patient will often blindly pay the fee assuming that the charge is a copay/coinsurance - talk about taking advantage?! For these reasons I will be discouraging any of my friends, family or colleagues from going to this practice. If you do decide to go, I would greatly advise that you do your due diligence and confirm what services are covered through your insurance prior to getting services done at this practice. If you feel you received a bill in error, advocate for yourself. No one will look out for YOU the way you look out for yourself.
