Dr. Anuja Parikh has been a life-long resident of Northern Virginia, establishing her practice more than 15 years ago. She attended George Mason University, where she got her Bachelors in Biological Sciences, University of Pittsburg, School of Dental Medicine, acquiring her DMD, and attended Monmouth Medical Center for her General Practice Residency. She is affiliated with several Professional Societies, including the American Dental Society and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. Her achievements in the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dentistry, has made her work doing bridgework, crowns, partials and implant crowns one of the best in the area! She has provided dental services for homeless shelters in Washington, D.C. She has volunteered at elementary and middle schools in Springfield and Sterling, VA, and also at nursery in Fairfax Hospital. Dr. Parikh strives to provide the best dental care possible to make her patients feel amazing!
Dr. Zaher Aymach is a top orthodontist serving the Lorton & Sterling, VA and the surrounding communities. He has over 10 years of national and international orthodontic experience and is in the top 1 in 3 board certified orthodontists in the country. Dr. Zaher is multilingual, and his high level of skill and attention to patient comfort has garnered excellent clinical skills with great chair-side manner. He is dedicated to creating beautiful, confident smiles through personalized care. He value his patients and takes the time to listen and answer all of questions so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. Dr. Aymach is a world traveller who can speak English, Japanese, and Arabic. His education is extensive and includes a Certificate in Orthodontics from Howard University College of Dentistry Washington, D.C., a Certificate in Orthodontics from Albaath University College of Dentistry in Hama, SAR, Postdoctoral Dental Implants Fellowship at University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, a Certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Tohoku University School of Dentistry in Sendai, Japan, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Orthognathic Surgery from Tohoku University School of Dentistry in Sendai, Japan, and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Tishreen University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Shalini Sethi completed her bachelors degree in microbiology from the University of Maryland at College Park. She then attended & received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Maryland at Baltimore Dental School, where she received numerous recognition for her technical & academic achievements, including being selected to participate in a cleft lip/palate outreach program with Operation Smile in Vietnam & the Dominican Republic. Dr. Sethi also completed a General Practice Residency at the Miami Veterans Affair Hospital & continued with a specialty fellowship at the University of Pennsylvanias Periodontics program, where she was trained in all aspects of periodontal surgery including dental implants & oral cosmetic surgery. Additionally, Dr.Sethi has several interests that include, traveling, yoga/pilates, reading novels & spending time with family & friends.
Amandeep Kaur is a highly skilled and experienced general dentist. She has a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in Dental Surgery and is certified in Level 1 program on 'Lasers in Dentistry' from University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She has a great depth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of general dentistry, which allows her to provide thorough quality care to her patients. Amandeep also participates in approved continuing education courses to keep her skills sharp and up-to-date, such as: 'The art of effective communication' and 'Advanced Sales' seminar at The Management Group Experts Inc., St. Petersburg, Florida to learn ways to communicate with patients and handle objections in the way of getting treatment, Participated in Dawson Academy course 'From TMJ to smile design', a hands-on course, 'Achieving high levels of success in endodontic therapy', Attended implant training course with Nobel Biocare for general dentist in February 2017 and mini implant course in November 2016.

DR. PARIKH is the best! Had a great service appointment for my first time going to the dentist here. My teeth feel and look so clean! They really are gentle too and super knowledgeable. The staff was kind and I had 0 wait time. My husband and I both came in at the same time and were very happy with the outcome. Thank you Gentle Dental Care! Looking forward to my next cleaning.

I called today August 31, 2022 at 8.16 am to inquire about the voucher who came to me by mail and he kept coming every time , but I was surprised by the employee who answered the phone, it seems that she was sleeping and does not want to work or provide good services to patients. she was rude And she put me on the hold while I did not finish my speech, a way of expressing how despicable some of females who work as secretaries in the doctors office . I hope the doctor reads this review

I would not recommend this place, understaffed, staff experience very dull, even a simple floss cannot be done right. More talking than doing the work. I went in to get deep cleaning done, not done right because of too much talking of non-sense. Walked out of office with added charges. Good luck if you dare!

I was so nervous and anxious at the dentist before seeing Dr. Parikh. She changed my whole experience of going to the dentist. So kind and patient , and no pain!!!! She is literally the best dentist I've ever seen. Definitely recommend !!!!!

The ladies were wonderful and made my family feel so at home. I've been going to them for eight years now and I don't think I'll ever change dentists. They are so gentle with my young ones and and calmed their nerves when visiting. They are great with communication and make it easy to make appointments.

Dr. Parikh is fabulous. I love the Gentle Dentist! Dr. Parikh goes above and beyond in her client service. She is passionate about dentistry, that is really what you want in a dentist. Her staff is very thoughtful and engaging! She has Saturday hours which is great!
