Absolutely ruined my teeth in 2016. I paid 10k out of pocket and they maxed out my dental insurance, to have my wisdom teeth removed and some gum line issues delt with. Instead of finishing within the quote the dentist, "Dr." Mao started prepping for "preemptive caps" midway through a procedure. The entire gum line was left open and unfilled as well as the tops of several teeth. I literally would have been better off without dental care than visiting this place.

We highly recommend Gentle Dental Care. They got him right in the same day we made the appointment. The entire staff were friendly and professional and understanding of his pain. Definitely will return for future visits for our dental needs for the both of us.

Called and got a same day appt. was recommended to me by family members. I thought I might have found a dentist close to home. I arrived at their office and they informed me of price of ex rays when I asked if I could pay total at end of appt instead of running my card twice lady at the desk says the doctor reguires you pay upfront. I told them I didn't have insurance but I have been paying out of pocket last few years after loosing insurance. They treat you like a bum if you don't have insurance so I decided to stop procedure and go back to my dentist in Madison they don't have any problems with my money! Terrible atmosphere good luck to my family I sure will not be back.Oh sorry I did pay upfront so they could see I'm not broke and then requested a refund didn't know how to credit it back to my credit card so they wrote me a check they were nice though after they made me mad but not the exrays I let them keep that.

Nobody likes going to the dentist but this place is great I got three teeth extracted and it went great...no pain at all was nervous but all the nurses and the dentist herself made me feel comfortable!! Highly recommend!!

Gental Dental is a great place for all ages. Very nice staff. I wish I had discovered this dental service years ago.

I had work done here a few months ago and she did a great job. I was so nervous, but she was done so quick and I never felt any pain. She is great!!!!

Received an appt with 1st phone call for the next day as I requested. Dr. Mau and her staff were all so nice. I will be going back for my regular dental care and sending my friends too! Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

After calling them and getting a same day appointment (within 1.5 hours of calling them) they took care of my extraction, contacted my insurance and gave me all my out of pocket costs up front. When it came time to pay the bill turned out to be half of what I was originally quoted. Everyone there was very professional and took excellent care of me. Highly revommend and will be keeping them as our regular family dentist.

Dr. Mao is a super friendly lady and her staff is great. All of them. They talk you through every step and explain things in detail. They have been very helpful in working with me and my tight schedule. I would highly recommend them. I love the comfortable and pleasant atmosphere and how geniunely caring Dr. Mao is.

I called just to see how much a consultation was and they are insanely priced...209.00 just for a consultation...i will definitely be going elsewhere

Horrible billing, not very competent.The office waits a year to INFORM of an amount still due that wasn't covered by In network insurance, after calling the insurance company and finding out that they sent out 6 CLAIMS for 1 other procedure that they say wasn't covered so we had paid in full up front in cash, they didn't have any disputes on coverage and the office is not returning calls or giving any actual proof as to what this is for. I have decided to find a more reliable and trustworthy dentist. I'm sorry for those who like this place, but any dentist that sets up shop in a previously dilapidated house, always wants CASH and is ALWAYS on vacation in the Bahamas or Jamaica and always finds an extra cash fee is not very professional.
