Dr. Yadverinder Singh, originally from West Hartford, Connecticut, attended the University of Connecticut as an undergraduate where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. His enthusiasm and passion for the sciences led him to pursue a career in dentistry, where he obtained his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Connecticut. After receiving his doctorate, Dr. Singh completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Brookedale University Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. After completing his residency, Dr. Singh decided to bring his expertise back to Connecticut.Dr. Singh is highly dedicated to continuing education and lifelong learning in order to provide his patients with quality treatment using the latest techniques. He believes in creating an environment where patients know that they are receiving dental care from someone who truly cares about them as an individual. He is known for his gentle and caring touch along with his ability to make you feel calm and comfortable. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has received post-graduate training in orthodontics, implant placement and restoration, and cosmetic dentistry. He is experienced in all facets of dentistry including, but not limited to, extractions, bondings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures, orthodontics including Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of the Connecticut State Dental Association and the American Dental Association.Outside of the office, Dr. Singh enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son. As a family they enjoy every aspect of life, especially traveling and hiking. Dr. Singh looks forward to forming a lifelong relationship with his patients and helping them obtain a beautiful, healthy smile.
Marilyn graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2012 earning a Bachelors of Science in Pathobiology and Animal Science. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, she worked as a microbiologist for 5 years. She found a passion for patient care and education and earned her associated degree in Dental Hygiene from Tunxis Community College. She is certified in both CPR and local anesthesia. Throughout her dental hygiene career, she cared for patients with medical complexities, special needs, and has experience in pediatric dentistry.What she likes most about being a dental hygienist is meeting and forming a relationship with patients, being able to educate them and making a difference in their overall health. She is bilingual and can communicate in Spanish. Marilyn grew up in West Hartford and currently resides locally in Bristol with her husband and her two dogs Ruby and Tyson. In her spare time, she enjoys home renovation projects, indoor cycling, and spending time with her family and friends.
