We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, CareCredit, or any major credit card.

Been waiting for a check for being over-billed since june. I call and no one wants to put office manager on. I call the vp Annette number given to me by office, leave voicemails, no return call. The lack of service is culture problem with these folks. I am now forced to go into the office and make a scene because of incompetence. One should not have to wait 2 months for a check. *** update, finally got a call back from office manager to say they sent check. Lets see ..

My first time seeing this dentist. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff I saw. I have more dental work scheduled for next week, we'll see how that goes. The next visit was great, I had a tooth pulled and Dr. Strickland and his assistant Debbie were the absolute best. There was zero pain. They used a numbing process that worked, I didn't even feel the shots. I will return for more dental work and highly recommend. Another visit, got my crown today and refitted for the partials. Still happy with the work they do. Highly recommend. Another visit and was great. Dr. Strickland has removed my fear of dentist. I recommend

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr Strickland is very compassionate and takes the time to explain the procedure clearly. I live 75 miles from GDC and have plans to continue as a patient, because of the excellent service. I highly recommend Gentle Dental Care!!!!!!

Just another glaring example of the disintegration of customer service in this country which seems to now be the accepted norm.They send you tons of forms to your phone and then some won't submit. So many forms like you're having open heart surgery or something. Questions already were answered over the phone when appointment was made.Get there and rude staff hands you a tablet since you didn't finish your homework.Same questions over and over on every form. Rude staff very unhelpful. No paper available to fill in forms. Don't want the staff to have to put in any extra effort. Either submit by tablet or phone so staff doesn't have to do anymore than necessary. I don't like filling out reels of documents on my phone or tablet with so much personal information.Tablet was a pos so out of luck. Staff just sits behind the desk doing as little as possible. How is this information stored and who has access to it? What about the nearby businesses and Wi-Fi ? What ever happened to HIPPAA?.Run don't walk from this place.
