2022 update: Very different business these days. Can't keep dentist or hygienists on staff for more than a few months. Front desk staff are inexperienced and disorganized. Look elsewhere for your dental care. 2021 update: Many new faces these days, but still receiving excellent care from my hygienists, Pam and Marge! I highly recommend Dr. Stumpos and his entire team! From the front desk staff to the billing staff at checkout, they provide outstanding service and care!

I took my daughter to this location, and this office was horrible. The doctor was something awful ! He went from room to room with the same gloves on. Then once he came in our room he tried to shake my daughters hand. It seemed as if he's been using the same gloves for every patient. That's not even the half of it! He comes in the room talking about how many degrees he has. I begin to talk to him about my daughters concern, which he then says I had many of kids, I understand. At the end of the visit he told us to " hit him up " with a google review so here it is !. This man is crazy! And we will not be returning.

My daughter had a tooth abscess from an improper filling being done where all the decay was not fully cleaned. When I called her established dentist to get in they refused me an appointment because I missed 1 appointment due to my daughter having covid. They said I needed to find a new dentist despite being there for 11 years while my other kids. They are still seeing the others but refused her. I called Dr.Grimm and he got me in the same day told me to head right in. My daughter was so nervous and his demeanor with her was impeccable! He had her laughing and calmed. He had to do an Incision and drainage to debris the area he even went to more conservative route to avoid doing a major procedure on her. The care we received was far above what we got at out other dentist and I will be switching all my children here. He provided great and thorough at home care instructions. We have out follow up appointment scheduled to keep an eye on things but he even went above offering if anything gets worse before the next appointment just to call and they will get her in right away. I couldn't have been happier with my care and services provided here. The staff were also amazing with her as well when she was nervous getting the xrays done

Unfortunately the office has major staffing issues and I was put on a waiting list for over 6 months. When I called again to find out my status I was informed that the waiting list was indefinite. Super unprofessional and disappointing. I would recommend finding another dentist unless you want your teeth to rot out of your head.

When Dr Stempos was there, it was great but now it is horrible!!! I had a root canal and my crown came in. The receptionist said she had a day open but that didn't work for me. She said she would call back but never did. I called 2 weeks later. When I went in, they didn't know why I was there and said they didn't know if they had my crown. They had it. The dentist put it in but it wasn't hitting my other teeth. I told the dentist that but he put a paper in my mouth, told me to bite down and he pulled on the paper. He said look it's touching..no it wasn't. I demanded that he shave the tooth down. Crazy thing is.. my daughter went to have her crown put on and he did the same thing to her!! She also came in to fill a cavity and he asked if she had insurance. She of course did but he wouldn't fill it. It was the end of the day and he was ready to leave! I have been going there for at least 25 years and am going to leave. This place is horrible!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!

When Dr. Stumpos had this practice, the staff and Dr. Stumpos made every visit a pleasant one, not now since he retired, in fact it's like being in a twilight zone now, the new people don't seem to know what they are doing, without x-rays or complete exam I was told I needed root canals, what! Dentist didn't even introduce himself, I spent alot of time wondering if they were coming back when they said they would be right back.this review would get too long if I explained my visit in detail but I would NOT recommend at all!

It's not the same since Dr. Stumpos retired. They only do cleanings and fillings, despite what they advertise. One hygienist there is very rude and will chastise you while she cleans your teeth. Heaven forbid she takes longer than she thought. You will be the one she blames and she will stop the cleaning and tell you to come back another time to finish. If you need something besides a filling you will be told to go somewhere else. You should make that appointment yourself. The receptionist does not explain to the referred dental practice the urgency. She told me I would have to wait 3 WEEKS before I could be seen by the Endo. I called myself and got an appt. the next day. Needless to say, switching to a new dentist.

Staff was friendly and helpful!! The hygienist was amazing! She talked to me the whole time and gave me helpful tips on cleaning my teeth at home! Overall good experience!!
