For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, CareCredit, or any major credit card.

I am very happy that the office offers Saturday appointment for my daughters. It was easy to make the appointments. Dr Velez and staff are professional and friendly. We are happy with our visit.

The office staff and the dentist were so nice and made me feel at ease. Every other dentist I have been to "finds" all of these problems and tries to push expensive treatment plans but he didn't and was receptive to lower cost alternatives for the things I needed. He also caught a major thing wrong with a root canal I had previously done elsewhere and was able to refer me out to another great place to get it corrected. I am glad to have a new dentist to go to!

Excellent experience at Gentle Dental Care and Mr. Fernando D.M.D. is very gentle and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed he and the whole staffs is very professional with patience, fast-pace and friendly customer service. Horrible do not recommend cinco ranch location, i was referred to the clinic to see Dr. Nguyen. I don't have any complaints she's sweet, the problem is the staff. My husband initially went in for a cleaning and once he was there he ask about their office whitening. They offered him the Zoom whitening. I don't recommend it, they charge him $350 for something that wasn't properly done. Lack of customer service and communication. They didn't even use the zoom whitening lamp. When my husband question them about it One of the staff members told him that they do use the zoom lamp, then another employee said that they have a new service were no lamp is needed it and that the other lady didn't know because she was new. I contacted the office directly and spoke with Naomi the manager, she said another story that the lamp light was broken and that was the reason they didn't use it, yet they didn't inform the patient before doing the service. It's a ripped off not worth the money, for future patients please ask and inform yourself before they do any type of treatment make sure you get your money worth. The manager didn't even try to resolve the issue or offer to compensate their mistake/error. Her response was "my husband sign consent and there was nothing she could do". Very bad !!

I am fairly new to Texas. I did some research on dentists that I should take my two daughters. I came across Gentle Dental Care. Once we arrived for our appointment we were greeted with kindness and were seen right away. My two daughters felt comfortable and were well taken care of. The dentist provided full knowledge of I was to expect and knew how to make my daughters feel safe. Will definitely make Gentle Dental my primary dental place. I am can say with confidence that they were in good hands.

Worst customer service. Dr and Assistant were so kind. But the customer service at front desk was so disrespectful. I've never had a treatment like this before anywhere. I'm never referring this place. What a shame not been able to come back for my other services just because of not having to experience a treatment like this again.

My visit was especially pleasant concidering I cringe just saying the word dentist. Dr. Velez and his crew made sure I was comfortable every minute I was there. Brian his assistant was also very accomadating. Last but not least Namoia the office manager sealed the deal with her outstanding customer service. Go visit them you wont be disappointed.

Told me I could go back with my children after their x-rays, but never called me to go back. Came out an hour and a half later saying my five year old son was scared (after keeping him away from his mom for almost two hours) so he was referring him to a different dentist that specializes in kids. Said they would fix my daughter's two very small cavities then while I was on the phone with the dentist they referred me to, the receptionist starts yelling to me from across the room during my phone call that changing my insurance twice in one day will mean one of them won't get paid. They sent my daughter out several minutes later without treatment also. Worst experience I've ever had a a dentist office. Wish I could leave zero stars. Almost two hours and no relief for my kids or me as a parent.
