I've been bringing my kids here for years, I was planning on adding myself and asked the receptionist if they took my insurance and after hearing my insurance she chuckled and said "no we don't accept that insurance" talk about being unprofessional... a simple "I'm sorry we don't accept that" I'll be taking my kids some place else since Houston has plenty of dental care options with professional and friendly staff!
