If I could give a no star I would I had a family member come here and Dr. Kevin Williams removed all of his tooth teeth and supposedly created dentures but they were not good fit at all, did a second one and same no good fit. They won't give him his money back and they sent the dentures through certified mail so they say. They still haven't received them. I don't recommend him to anyone.

Had a massively infected tooth and a severe phobia of dentists and Dr. Kevin Williams and his assistant Jalen were the absolute best dentists I've ever had and I will absolutely be coming back in the future.

I took my daughter Sierra to this office today. Dr Williams and his staff are AWESOME!!! My daughter is scared of going to the dentist. Dr Williams and his assistant Sara had my daughter so calm and relaxed she was giggling at jokes and silly humor while getting work done on her teeth. That's impressive!!! All Sierra has talked about this afternoon is how much fun the dentist office was today. I've never heard my daughter say a dentist office was fun Thank you guy!!! You get a standing ovation from us!!!

Been going here for a few years now. Friendly and efficient dental hygienists get the job done painlessly. Always clean and sanitized facility. Dr. Kevin is phenomenal, but the others are just OK at best. New dentist could use better bedside manner... he treated me like a number, rushed in and out without pausing to answer any questions. Also, they raised their prices in January without informing me prior to my appointment that'd been on the books for months. It would have been nice to get a heads up in advance instead of waiting to spring it on me while at the office. I pay 100% out of pocket so it was kind of a big deal. Sadly, I think it's time to start sourcing a new dentist.

Love how Dr Kevin Williams and Sara treated us like family from the time we walked in the door!!! My Fiance was here for an extraction and they literally had us laughing the entire time! Truly a Blessing!!! I recommend Gentle Dental Care to everyone!!! Their name literally states their work! Excellent service!

The staff is friendly, and they make sure you're comfortable during your visit. Dr. Williams is always up beat and happy, he has a loving personality. I'd recommend him to everyone

Dr Williams is incredibly talented, a fun person to be around and does everything he can to make your care affordable. I moved and have been to two different dentists offices since and they were fine offices but the skill or end results are no where near what I received from Dr Williams. I miss him so much haha.

How is the only option that you have for simple chipping is "veneers"? If you are not skilled in bonding just say that! Went from simple chipping to even more messed up situation that thankfully I have another facility that's going to fix the issue! This tooth hasn't chipped in over 15 years but when he did I had a facility that fixed it! This facility is going to tell me that it would fall right back off and it wouldn't look right how when I have had this done 15 years ago from a skilled dentist. No mention of composite resin, just straight to veneers? If you don't specialize in that area or just not skilled you should have said that! This place is going down hill! Luckily I've found a place that's skilled in what they do and are giving me more options then some high veneers! I've always had a movie star smile what professional dentist recommends two veneers for slight chipping?

Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Had a tooth extracted, where was the pain? I never felt the pain, not even afterwards... Awesome.

I have been coming to Dr. Williams for a few years. I had a root canal/crown done in 2019 and I am back today to get another one. He did such a great job in the first one that I could not tell you which tooth it was that I had it done on. I have transferred my whole family here and it is so worth it. The staff is amazing with the care they give... I will recommend this practice to any and everyone I know!!! Thanks to the Gentle Dental Care Family

I thought long and hard before leaving this review. I was always pleased with the service I received from Dr. William's. I did notice as new employees were in and out things did change. Sometimes long wait times and hurried in/ out services. My breaking point was when I ordered a bleaching kit and was told it would be back in two weeks. Well after a month I called and was told my the receptionist I could come get it. Due to work schedule at the time I had my mom pick it up. Well I got a kick nothing to bleach with. When I called to ask about it, I was pretty much told my mom lied or took the kit bc the receptionist gave it to her. Why would I need to lie about a kit if I was going to continue to have my teeth cleaning needs done here.. well thank you Kim and receptionist ( can't remember her name) my teeth will be treated elsewhere..

Someone I spoke to on the phone told me that if I was paying out of pocket for an extraction that they could see me early as 8 am the next day Tuesday but if my insurance paid for it then they couldn't see me until Wednesday!! Im in alot of pain, so bc I have insurance I have to wait another day.

I was Refer by my friend and we could not have come to a better place. My grandson love them glad we came. The Atmosphere is great and the people who works there is Amazing and very friendly.

I love this company they did my dentures and partial good they are the best i would recommend this dentist to anyone
