Decently priced but very cramped. The dentist didn't seem to know what they were doing. Told me I had an easy cavity, but then my tooth ended up being rotten? They should have been able to catch that with an xray or their many other tools they used. Told me he was gonna keep drilling and get it all out and when he was finished he told me actually a root canal might have been better. I suppose you get what you pay for?

Lilha is just an absolute gem, I never knew how much I didn't know about tooth (AND GUM) brushing! Thanks again to her! I will need to update thjs review because some how I am blanking on my dentist name, in my head I always call him Dr. Patience as he very much is patient with my complicated medical history and super anxiety in the chair. Thanks Doc Front of the house staff are incredibly patient, for 1 appointment I arrived late (well on time when I pulled in parking lot) but when I had trouble finding parking i ended up being 10 mins late and I didn't make a phone call. So now I arrive frazzled and oh so tardy. They were really kind and even made sure I put a sign in my car so it wouldn't be towed. So because I am so late I do not pay til after the appointment....and Google Pay was down. I literally have no physical cards any where accessible cause I am so reliant on online shopping and my phone. That was a whole other thing but they met every challenge I threw at them with the UTMOST KINDNESS!

Just had a root canal - didn't feel a single thing, no pain at all, and felt very safe the entire time even with my high dental anxiety! Dr. Koch and Dr. Mancini are awesome at explaining the processes of root canal and crown and get their jobs done quickly, efficiently, and very well. I highly recommend this office!

My dentist of over 30 years retired, I did not care for the practice that took over, and needed a new dentist. GD took my insurance so I took a chance and I am so glad I did. Friendly front desk, and wonderful professional dentistry, especially Dr. Mancini, a joy to work with.

I've been at this place for two years. Their hygienist and dentist are professional and awesome. But the scheduling and front desk are the worst. They have to remind you about the appointment three times by text, email and call, which is stupid and unnecessary. And the front desk worker is very rude and too lazy to look up anything. I will not come back here again.

Gentle Dental of Cambridge has offered me very poor dental service today. One of their dental assistants (Hunter) grabbed and shoved my hand on my chest to check my blood pressure reading after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seen. I have never been treated so poorly and I am appalled by the level of disrespect projected toward someone getting dental services from this office. Furthermore, their communication was really poor. I will seek my dental services elsewhere. I am still in disbelief!

I've gone here for years. The front desk staff has always been so friendly and nice to me. I have significant dental anxiety and every staff member has been totally understanding and kind. With their essential dental discount plan, I felt like I got good value even though I dont have dental insurance. I would recommend them to anyone.

After reading all the reviews this place obviously does not care about there patients. This is a big red flag not to make an new patient appointment! Gentle Dental is every where It's so important to have a great experience because all these reviews reflect on the other practices. I will definitely pass on all the Gentle Dental!!

Worst dental experience of my life. Receptionist not masked. Male dentist would not stop touching my neck, even after I asked him to please stop. He pitched a fit, saying that it was "part of the exam" - which it is, but consent is still a thing, particularly in medicine and a patient has a right to refuse any medical treatment or examination. Followed by a cleaning where it was not explained what would be happening to me, and they used a sonic implement on my teeth that hurt so badly, it left me in tears. (Though the hygienist was truly a lovely person.) This was a nightmare and I will not be returning. Editing to add: After I submitted this same complaint formally through Gentle Dental, I received both a call (no voicemail) and an email from that dentist asking me to call him - which I will not be doing and find extremely inappropriate. My submitting a formal complaint about unwanted contact with you was not a request for more contact. And the correct response to "a man didn't honor my consent" is NOT to have that man call.

The lady who works front desk no professional she doesn't care she's not for customer service at all I was there for emergency the time I talked to her she's upset she supposed to explain but she is mad at me even if I go there walks in I will take the appointment for next day but awful person I never meet I don't know her she doesn't know me , it's my first time I stepped in that....I don't know her name but the time I was there 05/03/2022 12:00pm I was in pain and she add another pain on me
