I had my teeth cleaned today with Dental Hygienist Ellen. She was very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with her skills and she was very patient in answering all my questions. Dr Kim was also very helpful and friendly! Michelle and the other front desk staff members were also very helpful . I highly recommend this office! I highly recommend this Gentle Dental office

I like this place. Yeah I know how weird it sounds but I do like this place. Doctors and assistants are very professional, admins are nice and helpful. The whole package is just great, can't expect more from a dental. Big thank you to everyone! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to take good care of your oral health

Dr. Kim is amazing saved my front tooth from a fall with a filling ...no other dentist could do that ...I thought for sure I was going to have to have a crown. My older teeth require some difficulty to repair, she explains all then options and I say what would you do and I do whatever she says ...best dentist in Boston area ...very thankful

Gentle Dental in Burlington Mass is fantastic. I've always been treated with kindness. They are very professional and really seem to care about you. Khang Do is the absolute best at what he does. A great hygienist and very kind person. I recommend him and Gentle Dental Burlington very highly. Girls in front are great.

Dr. Tamula and the hygienist she works with are amazing. I forget her assistants name but she has long dark hair. Both of them pulled my wisdom teeth on two separate visits. Both times weren't not only tolerable but pleasant visits thanks to them. Thanks to both of them for having such high standards and attention to detail that I felt zero pain, wasn't uncomfortable, and even felt relaxed. I've heard so many wisdom tooth horror stories but the staff at Gentle Dental proved them wrong.

Terrible experience here. I two appointments back to back and they had me wait an hour in between because they forgot I was in the waiting room. When I had to pay and sign out, the woman at the front desk kept asking me to step to the side to attend everyone else. I had left work for this meeting and ended up having to take 3 hours out of my working day for this. They are extremely pushy with Invisalign even if you do not need it.

Someone at the front desk (I believe a receptionist) was incredibly rude to my father. He was simply asking a question about certain charges and they were extremely defensive. They raised their voice at him and were inferring that it was his fault he didn't understand - even though no one was willing to explain. I don't know if it has something to do with his accent but he was nothing but polite and respectful. I will never be going back and I hope whoever she is knows not to speak to anyone, especially a customer, like that again.

Great cleaning experience. Kang is extremely professional and efficient. Great demeanor and always positive. Makes going to get a cleaning comfortable. He is the best at gentle dental. A definite star! All six members of my family only will schedule appointments with him!!
