Everyone there (hygienists/ dentists/ receptionist) are professional and not judgey at all (I had cavities). The dental hygienist I had was great and recommended specific products for me to get. I have Dr Kuo who is great, very nice and patient. They're also open on saturdays which helps with scheduling.

Dr. Li is fantastic, they have helped with routine cleanings, filling, retainer, and have even fixed a chipped tooth over the years. The staff is always friendly and professional too, my latest hygienist Audrey (or maybe, Aubrey) was terrific!

Thank goodness I finally found an amazing dentist in Boston! Dr. Lee and her team are AMAZING! They will work with you to help you take your mind off of what's happening (for me it was a root canal + crown) and they offer a really comforting environment for dental work. Dr. Lee was amazing, honest, and transparent with what I needed to get done. She took the time to explain everything to me, and she explained it all incredibly well. All of the dental assistants are happy and incredibly kind. If anyone who reads this has anxiety about visiting the dentist for any reason, go to Gentle Dental and see Dr. Lee, and your anxiety will be no more! :)

This is one of the best dentist offices in Massachusetts. They're very knowledgeable, welcoming, and very friendly. I recommend giving them a call and setting up your next next dental appointment. It's not just a visit it's an Experience.

Came here to do my Invisalign and dr. Bahadoran did a great job with my teeth. They look great now and I'm so happy with result. The entire staff at Gentle Dental Brookline is so nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Can't speak for the dentists here but the front desk seems pretty unprofessional and incompetent. My husband has been going to this office and they have told him they booked an appointment and when he got to the office they hadn't. He took time off from work for it and had to again since he ended up having to book again for a different day. Then, the dentist told the front desk to book him for some procedures and again, they did not book him for half of them. Thinking these might be one off mistakes, I decided to try them out because they had an opening that worked for me. I tell them on the phone several times that I just need a cleaning and when they call to confirm the appointment I confirm that I want to see them for a cleaning. They explained I would have to have a full check up first which is okay with me. They told me they booked 1:30 for the check up and 2 pm for the cleaning. I take time off work, get there and they don't have the cleaning booked. Not only that but during the 2 phone calls BOTH times I told them I had x rays taken this month and I would not like more done. Not once did they mention that I would need to have them sent over, for a cleaning of all things. So they made that into a huge issue too. Any other dentist office I've ever been to has always told me what to have sent over and everything they need beforehand not at the appointment itself. I've never experienced such incompetent service so if you value your time, go somewhere else. There are plenty of good dentists in Boston that have competent staff too. The only reason I even came here was because my dentist couldn't fit me in for a cleaning until the next few months. I'd rather wait that time then book anything here. My husband has also switched dentists because of these reoccurring issues they have.

Came here for my root canal and crown. Really good experience with staff here. Dr. Kuo is super helpful and professional. My tooth now looks pretty same as before with no pain! Also nurses and front desk ladies are friendly. Recommend this place.

I had an appointment for a temporary crown with Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee and her assistant were both professional, very friendly, and personable. I've been going to Gentle Dental at the Brookline (roughly an hour from home) for over 15 years and would certainly recommend this location to friends or family.
