I have received top notch care here. Dr. Roberts and his staff are the best. I moved out of state but came back for my last appointment because of how well they take care of me. Will miss the place and I am sure I won't find another dentist or office as good as they are.

Shauna is the Best hygienist! Dr. Robert's is a wonderful dentist. I cannot speak more highly of everyone at the Brockton office. They all do a wonderful job! I recommend them highly!

Used to go to CHILDREN & FAMILY DENTIST in westgate mall for over 4 years ( braces) my teeth never got any better it was getting so bad each time, every time after each appointment I wanted to see a result, wanted to see my teeth get better but nothing! And I changed to GENTLE DENTAL, they took good care of me , they always make sure your teeth gets fix quick, and you can see the results after each appointment. And every time they make sure to let you know how the process is going and they are always so friendly. So I'm very happy with their service!

The Dentist is amazing, the technicians are amazing and the office staff is amazing! I had a root canal and 2 extractions and it was done in under an hour and completely painless!

I called as a new patient to set up routine x-rays/cleaning and to establish care. I gave them my insurance information and there was no reported issue. I gave them my insurance information again when I arrived for my appointment. At no point did the practice inform me that my insurance was out of network. I originally gave them 2 stars because of the lack of transparency around out of pocket costs and what retrospectively seemed like deception when I called billing to pay the $150, I did tell them I was surprised to see the bill given they hadn't told me their practice was out of network with my insurance. I upgraded my rating to 3 stars because she was kind and understanding, reducing my payment to $30. Dr. Roberts was very nice. I would recommend them but double check with your insurance that they are in network as they might not inform you otherwise.

I have been using this office and dentist, Dr. Roberts, for several years now and have always felt well served. Dr. Roberts is a very good dentist and helps with patient anxiety by being both kind and self assured in his work. The staff there has always been very helpful and friendly as well.
