I always feel confident leaving gentle dental Brighton. Went in with a toothache and as usual Dr Myer always makes me Comfortable. I love the professionalism shown there.

I needed an emergency appointment to re-attach a crown that had fallen out. I've called at least 10 times over the last handful of days and still have not gotten a call back and have not succeeded in even taking with someone from the office.

I went here because I switched insurance plans and it was my only option. I do regular 6 month cleanings and have never needed a filling. At my new patient appointment the dentist looked at my teeth for about 5 minutes (did not even touch them just visual), and stated that I had 6 cavities and needed 3 fillings. This seemed out of the ordinary so I paid out of pocket to visit my old dentist who informed me he did not feel the need for any fillings, what she saw was just staining on my molars. Beware before letting them drill your teeth!!!

Dr.Meyer is incredible!! She's yelled me over the past few years take better care of my teeth and fix errors of the best. She's always there to help me when I need an appointment or anything at all.

All I wanted is to schedule a cleaning. After much frustration and waisted time, I still was not able to accomplish this simple task. I have scheduled my appointment on Gentle Dental web site (spent time), then spoke to a representative the next day to go over the same thing I just typed. (spent time). The day before called the Brighton office - no, there is no cleaning appointment anywhere on their records, just X-rays. I do not need X-rays. Waiting 3 months for my appointment and they assured me that if I wait another 6 month, I would be able to get my cleaning done. How "nice". Also, the office manager lied to me saying if I pay money to them for an initial visit, I would be able to go anywhere for cleaning visit. Not true!

Dr. Myer and the entire staff at this Gentle Dental location are absolutely incredible. I have been a patient for about a year. They are always helpful, answer all of my questions, and Dr. Myer herself is a rockstar. Highly recommend this dental practice in Brighton!

The end-to-end experience was just great. Starting with a smooth appointment setup, I got in within a week of calling them as I was a new patient. I spoke to Andrea and Rachel on different occasions regarding my insurance details and getting my x-rays from my previous dentist. There were no issues at all and the communication was seamless. They also accommodated a cleaning on my request. I first met with the hygienist, Ahmed, who confirmed what type of x-ray I needed. Then I was looked at by Dr. Zelikov who was equally patient and explained all the things along the way. My appointment took over 40 minutes but it went by fast. Before leaving, I was told about a treatment plan for my cavities and given a choice to either proceed or decline on my own time. No one pressurized me to get anything done at any point which I appreciated. Definitely a five-star practice.
