Receptionist was very responsive to my call seeking emergency service for my senior mother. Scheduled her next day. Facility clean and staff pleasant and professional. We waited an hour to be seen which was the only drawback. Others who arrived with appointments were taken as scheduled. Perhaps we were being squeezed in as an emergency..either way good experience

I had some major work done. Major extractions and dentures, I was nervous until I went through with it. I'm satisfied with how they handled it . The staff and dentists are helpful and I think there's an advantage to going to a chain dentist, they can fit you in easier and have work done sooner. As good as any other dentist I've ever been to.

If I just doing a Oral exam I will give 5 Stars. I thought it is great here as our neighbor dentist so I visited here my first time and have my normal cleaning done with new patients discount. The fact is I didn't feel patient or any meticulous treat at all from my Dental Hygienist. She did the cleaning very fast and rude that I haven't experienced this kind of feeling in the past. Everything I say here could be my very personal perspective, but I really afraid to walk in that building again. My teeth were still bleeding when I walked out the dentist and sit on my car, additionally I didn't get a Fluoride Treatment which is normally a final step of Professional Dental Cleaning Procedure. I hope Gentle Dental can improve.

Can't recommend this office highly enough!! I cracked a molar and even though I was a new patient, they were able to take me the same day I called. I was TERRIFIED to go in due to a previous bad experience with a different dentist when I was a teen, but it went better than I ever could have expected. From the minute I walked in, everyone was so kind. I was helped by Lisa, Raji, Maggie, and Isabelle, all of whom were so sweet and also told me exactly what they were going to do before they did it. I saw Dr. Hamid and he was so reassuring and nice. I needed to get a crown put in and I was so nervous but Dr. Hamid talked me through the entire thing and explained everything to me thoroughly so I understood. He was really gentle with me and gave me clear instructions of what I needed to do. He even noticed I had goosebumps as he was working on my tooth and went to get me a hospital gown and covered me so I could be warm. I've never been treated like that at a dentist's office before. Everyone was so respectful, thoughtful, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. I went from a huge bundle of nerves and anxiety to absolutely calm about dental work thanks to this experience. Literally almost cried on my way out because I was so grateful. If you're nervous about visiting the dentist, come visit these guys.

Love my Gentle Dental professionals. They are very kind and thorough. So relatable - and willing to help you see how to improve your dental care over time. Also most of my experiences with having my teeth cleaned have been painful in someway or another. But my dental hygienist is never painful even though she does all the crazy scaling kinds of things that you do during a cleaning plus the - what I call the power wash thingy! That usually hits my nerve in such a crazy way. But not when she does it. It actually feels really good when she cleans my teeth. She's great! Thank you!

Even my insurance cover 70% , but every visited the dentist brought me to the counter asked me to pay about $140-$200+??, then he walked away, my receipts was A4 paper without any explain what I have done., how much was the total cost for the visited, I can't figure out or if I want to price negotiation. My appointment supposed to 'deep clean', but the Indian dentist told me was 'tooth filing' I told him I came for 'deep cleaning ' before teeth filing ! Then he changed to 'deep clean' ...he humph his song while cleaning, was annoying! But he only done for my 2 front teeth with messy work,.. After, I can't floss my two front teeth seem tartar stuck in between till now... 2 weeks later I went for 'real Deep cleaning' appointment. When I visited I told dental hygienist I had 'deep cleaning' the front teeth done by that dentist, she just look at me, didn't say a word , I knew she know about that.. cos she done 'deep cleaning' for all my teeth excepted two front teeth....

Gentle Dental is Great ..lives up to it's name. Definitely opt for the Fluoride 'varnish' at the end of a cleaning (works miracles on sensitivity, stains, etc between cleanings).
