Very satisfied with the Dentist and the back office staff, because they were so good is the reason I'm giving him five stars. Will not let one bad apple destroy everything. Get past the bad apple service is great.

I had a scheduled appointment and the time it took for them to assist me was reasonable. I appreciate the service from all staff they were clear on costs and always asked me how I was doing as they were doing their job.

Took 2 months because of how backed up Ed they were, but they obviously have a great staff nevertheless. Two teeth were extracted from my mouth it was a seasoned dentist I would say he took good care and his staff.

I just left this place. The service does not even deserve a symbolic star, far below mediocre although the people seem nice. My mum and I were there for over 2h. She got an X-ray and I got a cleaning and nobody ever checked on any of us after that. We were supposed to both get exam, X-ray and cleaning. WE BOTH WAITED IN OUR ROOMS FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NOBODY CAME. When we decided to just leave, I saw the doctor at the front desk and told him what happened, and asked to at least have a print out of the results of the X-ray that my mum got. He refused to give it to us saying that he had to conduct the exam first, after the hygienist cleaned her teeth. I asked were we stood on the waitlist and he said he couldn't tell but he'd recommend rescheduling an appointment for that. I see they're replying to some reviews, I'd dare them to give me an acceptable explanation.

I love the expertise of the staff. Their professionalism, courtesy and attention to customer requests, clean facility, and I love seeing Dr. Z training young students into the field of dentistry. I highly recommend Gentle dental to family, friends and my church members. Keep up the great!

3 years ago I gave a bad review as I never saw the dentist and twice my appointment was changed and I wasn't called until I got to the office. I didn't think that I would stay. The only reason why I went to that office as the office on Jefferson closed. Through the last 2 years the office staff has gotten better and each time I have been there for what ever the dentist has stopped in to check. I have to admit I don't like pain. The dentist understands and pays attention to my concerns. The staff has went from a 3 to a 5 1/2 and the dentist is a 5 . I plan on staying. Keep up the good work.

The service is poor the lobby was packed I went in for my tooth they said I had the wrong insurance card still cleaned my teeth but the man wanted me to take my hat off I put a hat on my head for a reason that was his main concern talking about Somebody came in with a gun and try to rob them I was so lost because what I was coming in here to steal some dentures I called to make me another appointment because my new card came just to call them and tell them to switch my insurance after I just waited a week for this card my mouth still hurting and can't nobody do nothing Is the false advertising for me

I was attended very promptly by the kind staff there. Mohamad, the hygienist, did a really good job with my cleaning and being super fun and sociable. Dr. Z came in afterwards to inspect the cleaning and gave me some good advice on how to maintain my teeth. Overall I'm really happy with my visit.

I had a very pleasant visit with this office. From the reception desk to the technicians to the hygienist and dentist, everyone treated me with care and respect. They good great care of me and I'm going back for additional work. I regret not coming to this office sooner. I definitely recommend it
