I have a great experience! I came for a cleaning and exam.. due to past trauma and bad experiences within another practice I am now very comfortable with dr. Bhatt and look forward to her continuing to treat me in Arlington.

Gentle Dental in Arlington is by far the best dental clinic I have been to. Dr.Bhatt ( Dental Director) is amazing, great and highly professional dentist. All staffs are very fantastic and wonderful team of people. Chrystal ( practice manager ) is excellent..I truly recommend it. Very happy with service.Thank you Dr. Bhatt and your team.

I went in for a root canal today and was terrified about how painful this could be since I had a horrible experience 20 years ago. Dr. Buczak and his assistant, Rose, were beyond wonderful! They were so comforting and gentle and I can't believe how happy and relieved I am after seeing them. Thank you so much for a much better experience than I ever could've imagined!! :)

Decades of dental health neglect left me not only with problems that threatened my general health but made me embarrassed to do anything about them unless a crisis arose, I'm ashamed to admit. But working with Dr. Bhatt - and her entire staff at Gentle Dental/Arlington - made me realize how foolish I've been and get the care I need. There is a lot I could ask Dr. Bhatt to do, cosmetically, to improve my teeth, but I'm 60 and not in the best of health, and the great thing about Dr. Bhatt is that she will 'meet you' where you are on your life's journey and compassionately plan and execute the healthiest, most cost-efficient course of treatment for you. And her entire staff shares the same ethos, from Hanan, the dental hygienist, to the front office staff, will cheerily parse insurance coverage and estimates for me until I, not they, are blue in the face. The stress I used to feel whenever I had to go to a dentist is simply gone, and even my husband looks forward to going to see Dr. Bhatt now, as do I. We cannot recommend her more highly.

I was very happy with my most recent visit in September to Gentle Dental Arlington for my sixth month check up. I was greeted by Anonon who was very cordial and is new, so I was very happy to familiaze with her. After I was seated, I was greeted by Dr. Saddiam, happily because she also was new and I was anxious to familiaze myself with her also. I was also pleased she started with an exam, because I was anxious about one of my teeth. I then began to have a wonderful cleaning followed by a flouroide treatment and some advice about how to avoid future problems. Thus, completing my sixth month exam with a minimal cost. ( I reccomend everyone do that, not only for health reasons, but to keep medical costs down, although Gentle Dental is also very reasonable there, also.)

I moved from Medford Gentle Dental to Arlington with Dr. Bhatt. She is absolutely phenomenal and extremally patient centric. I have an irrational fear of needles and dental procedures and she removed my wisdom teeth in less than 5 minutes without me even noticing it. I am speechless. She also helped me calm myself down and took the time to explain the procedure to me. She has really helped me fight my fear of dental work with her compassion and impeccable skill set.

Typically, I hate going to the dentist.. Over the years, have had several good hygienist... Hanan by far, is the best...She is thorough, knowledgeable, always checking if everything is alright and anticipates your needs... Today was a good experience and I look forward to my next cleaning.

Disaster management!! Change the final price all the time, just want you to pay more. It took them more than 2 months to get my implant crown delivered, and the front desk just told me this is normal... Please don't come here for dental treatment. Besides, they asked me to pay the full amount and skipped my dental insurance. If I didn't find it, no one would ever know. THEy JUST WANT YOU TO PAY MORE!!!

Great practice, and Dr. Richa Bhatt is a great dentist, professional, kind, communicative. I hope she stays with the practice for a long time. Also, the practice is (relatively) inexpensive compared to other options and their intake service is really cheap and thorough.

Did not have a good experience here. Always have had bad teeth and need at least 1 filling every few years. The dentist (I don't remember his name) I saw filled a few cavities on the right side of my mouth. I had pain afterwards while flossing in the area. The next time I came in I asked about it, he said there was a bump in the filling material that was getting caught on the floss and the only way to fix it was to redo the filling.
