I got a bill a week ago and received a voicemail about me owing a balance and to return their call. Instead of waiting a day for me to call them back, they fraudulently charged my card for the balance. When I called and confronted them all they had were excuses. I will never bring anyone in my family here again because apparently all they care about is money.

BEWARE!!!! My 8 year old daughter is very anxious and sensitive. My wife took her here because of the reviews and how they SAY they work with anxious children. The first appointment went well and my wife took my child back for a follow up not realizing the Dr. scheduled that appointment for a filling. My daughter was taken back and my wife left in the waiting room. Soon after my wife heard blood curdling screams and started towards the door to see what was happening. The "doctor" had my 8 year old strapped in a straight jacket looking thing and was yelling at her to be quiet because she's scaring the other children. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU REMOTELY CARE ABOUT HERE!!!

This place was absolutely horrible, was referred by my dentist for my child, the first appointment had it's red flags but thought it may have been my son overreacting. The second appointment was for cavities, I let them know this was his first experience with dental work and asked for them to ease him into it. At first we agreed to put him under for easier work but when I arrived I was informed they didn't have the correct equipment to safely put him under and laughing gas will be used instead. I reluctantly agreed as long as they ease in and stop in case if treatment won't be easy. Dr. Blau instead decided to drill straight into his tooth and we had a screaming 3 year old for half an hour. At that point it was too late to turn back since his tooth now had drilling performed. They had to call backup to hold my child in place and had me hold his hands down. After all that I regret not paying the cancellation fee and instead paying $142 dollars for 1 cavity and a traumatic experience. Safe to say I will never return to this business, their name is a joke, Gentle Care For Kids Teeth.

We saw Dr Blau for a second opinion and were very pleased with her gentle and soft demeanor and her bedside manner with our daughter. She was very considerate and although the recommended treatment plan didn't change, she did share additional information with me that helped to ultimately inform our decision. The office staff were friendly and answered a million questions for me. Definitely recommended as an option for kids dental care!

First time visit here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Did not have a long wait time. Doctor Blau is very nice and friendly. Makes a root canal experience pleasant. Definitely recommend.

My daughter who's 12 needed to have a root canal done and Dr. Blau came highly recommended and rightly so! My daughter had a great experience and mentioned several times how nice Dr. Blau was and how comfortable him and his assistant made her feel. Her treatment was split into a couple appointments which spanned over the holidays and Dr. Blau and his staff called to check on her and make sure we weren't having any issues while he was out of the office. Such a wonderful experience and I'm so glad we chose Dr. Blau for my daughters care!!

Dr. Blau is the Best! I have extreme dental anxiety and recently had a root canal done by Dr. Blau. He took the time to explain everything, step by step and with the help of nitrous oxide I was able to have the root canal done. I highly recommend him for anyone with dental anxiety, as well as those without. I would definitely go back to him in the future if I ever need another root canal. Trust me, his bedside manor, sense of humor, and professional work make him a great Endodontist.

We had a dental emergency during CV-19. Our local office was closed, so we had to visit another office who then referred us to Dr. Bau to make sure that a root canal treatment was not indicated before filling my daughter's tooth. I was shaken by the idea of having invasive work to resolve my 17 yo daughter's issue and even worried that with fewer patients being seen that it might be recommended unnecessarily. (I'd never met this dentist.) The office staff got us in same day, was calm, kind, and efficient. Dr. Bau and his assistant were thorough and explained the situation clearly. He was conservative in his treatment recommendation and gave specific symptoms to watch for going forward. He phoned the first dentist we saw and gave his recommendations- we were able to get in immediately that day. I was impressed by his integrity and professionalism. I would highly recommend.

My visit was pleasant, that's a strange way to describe the dentist especially a root canal. My experience was great, the receptionists were nice. The dentist was super nice and gentle. I felt no pain during and after the visit. Its been a week and I'm still pain free. I highly recommend!

This place has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. However, the amount you may end up paying for a basic cleaning could completely shock you. We were told that insurance covered 100% of the visit but come to find out we owed them hundreds over the "allotted insurance allowance". I always ask for the amount I owe upfront, and they said "don't worry it's all covered", but then I find out it's NOT all covered at all and they didn't disclose their pricing beforehand. Unfortunately, as nice as everyone is there, I cannot afford to return. The prices are too high (more than our insurance allowed). If you are going there for the first time or have new insurance, you better be clear about how much you'll be out. I'm hundreds in, just for basic cleanings.

Response to the owner 7/7/2020: You mentioned that the cleanings are 100% checked by the Doctor and polished by the Dental Assistants. Funny thing is you failed to mention that ANYONE actually cleaned my kids teeth. POLISHING THE KIDS TEETH IS NOT CLEANING THEM!!!!! Original post: Worst office ever!!! I found out after taking my kids there for a cleaning that it was dental assistants that cleaned my kids teeth. They don't even have a dental hygienist at their offices. I do not feel that they were given a proper teeth cleaning. Go elsewhere!
