They lost my business because they are not flexible in regard to their cancellation policy and I think they overcharge for everything in general. I have a demanding job and things come up. If you're going to charge me $65 dollars for missing an appointment when I try and reschedule, then I'll happily find another dentist.

Had a great first experience at GCD. Took care of me right away with no wait time. Nice office - calming atmosphere. Friendly staff, and Dr. Y had me feeling very much at ease with my situation. Will go back. Highly recommend.

I actually made an appointment last week and got scheduled For today and when he seen me he could actually do the removal of my wisdom teeth the same day. I was happy! A place I will definitely recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr. Y for over 8 years. He is one of the best Dentists in all of VA. Dr. Y is personable, friendly, has great hands, and always knows the best course of action to take in any situation. If you are in need of a great Dentist, I recommend you see Dr. Y at Gentle Care Dentists.

Went here for a cleaning. Niloofar was very professional and took to the time to do the job right. Dr Yousefzadeh performed an examination after the cleaning and was able to provide a clear treatment plan. Very happy with my visit.

Quick and professional!! I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past but Dr. Y was courteous and offered to extract my top two wisdom teeth the same day as my cleaning, if I wanted to. I had put the procedure off because I was scared I would have a painful recovery but when I did have my it, I barely felt anything and was in and out, And barely bled too! It's hard to find a good dentist in the city but I know I found mine I will be recommending this to all my friends

Have been going to Dr. Y for a couple years now and the experience has been fantastic. From his calming disposition to his excellent tradecraft, Dr Y is a true Dental savant. Highly recommend him, and it only helps that the staff at gentle care are polite and efficient.

Beware of this place, they are running a complete scam. They WILL overcharge you and make you jump through hoops trying to get them to fix it. The staff is extremely rude, and the dentist and dental assistants have no idea what they are doing. Both of my appointments saw me leaving in pain, and a sore mouth for several weeks. I was told by the staff this was "normal". Nothing about extended pain after a simple cavity filling is normal. Just save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. I recently switched to Dental Devotion which is right up the street and they have been absolutely fantastic!

I had a very pleasant experience here. The staff are very professional and friendly. Niloo is an excellent hygienist, super friendly and very professional. I had the best experience with Dr. Y who is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He did my exam and patiently explained the results. Normally dental offices would push for treatments, but I did not feel pressured at all. He actually told me I did not need root canals for two teeth that a previous dental office was pushing me to get done! I would recommend this office for quality dental service.

Saw Dr. Y . Great experience the staff was professional and friendly . Dr. Y explained x-rays and how my teeth were doing clearly and thoroughly. It showed through his attention to detail and overall professionalism that he was on top of his craft. Thanks again !

Incredible services. Thought I'd have to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Y was able to get a crown built. He and his assistant have incredible dedication and work amazing with their clientele. I'd recommend them to anyone anytime.

I was very impressed with how quickly my dental emergency was assessed and treated. What I thought was a loose tooth turned out to be a loose crown. Amazingly professional staff, who seemed to work in unison and precision. Dr. Y that treated me is impressive. His dental tenique was gentle and almost painless. Going to any dentist is very hard, but Gentle Care Dentists is an appropriately named establishment. Glad I found a dentist I don't dread to see again.

I cannot say enough about this place! It was easy to make an appointment and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes before being taken back. The office is clean and the front desk staff were nice and helpful. I am extremely anxious when it comes to the dentist and Niloo the dental hygienist was kind, patient and knowledgable. She walked me through my X-rays ans pictures to explain everything to me beforehand. She gave me advice without feeling like I was in trouble for not flossing enough (if you know you know). Dr. Y was amazing as well. He gave me advice and his recommendations without feeling like I was being pressured. Overall my experience was fantastic and I am hopeful that it will change my feelings about the dentist all together!

Definitely wouldn't recommend this dentist. I was told they took my insurance but in reality, I wasn't covered. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars.

This practice is very deceitful. I was led to Believe that I was getting an estimate for a cleaning which was not done due to the fact that I was deceived in regards to my TRICARE Coverage which they had in advance They tried to charge me over $1,000! For a deep cleaning with insurance I declined but they went ahead and billed my insurance and also wanted to bill me $71 I called back to speak to Abby the office coordinator who was incredibly rude and dismissive and refused to let me talk to Dr Y Dr Y eventually stated that Abby is the owner of the practice We have never been treated any worse than this by a Dentist office Dr Y did call back and unfortunately was equally unhelpful and stated he could only address clinical matters but not the over billing Towards the end of our conversation, she stated that she was recording our conversation with Dr. Y on the line while discussing private clinical matters. Bear in mind, SHE CALLED me and did not disclose that my conversation will be recorded. Illegal in the State of Virginia. 0 star is what they're worth. Steer away from this place!

Super professional and very, very nice. They're also very high tech which makes me feel like my teeth are in good hands.
