The goal of Kent Hales, DDS, Cynthia LoGalbo, RDH, and the team at Gentle Care Dentistry & Implants is to provide comprehensive oral health care to people of all ages living in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and throughout Cochise County.
Patients can access cosmetic dentistry, including orthodontics, dental bridges, crowns, dental implants, and dentures at Gentle Care Dentistry & Implants. The team also offers general dentistry services, including root canal therapy, oral exams, and teeth cleanings.
After graduating from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Hales continued his education with expert clinicians such as The Bicon Institute for Implants in Boston and with Dr. Victor Sendax of Manhattan, NY. He has also taken multiple esthetic courses for veneers. Dr. Hales is an active member of many state and national dental associations, including AZDA and the ADA. Dr Hales truly cares about his patients. He is dedicated to providing the best service he can.
Maribel is our receptionist. Her official title is Director of First Impressions She recently came to work for us in November. She provides front support, customer service, and in the back as needed. We all absolutely love her.
Cyndi started school in Brevard Community College, which is now Florida Eastern State College. She started as a dental assistant, Graduating in 1998. She went back to become a hygienist, graduating in 2006. Upon arriving in Arizona, attended Phoenix College to get her Anesthesia License in 2012. She will do everything in her power to help her patients feel comfortable and happy. She is effective and gives your teeth the best professional cleaning.

Update, 11/08/2022: This practice is still the only one I will go to. They live up to the name Gental Care, yet I find the staff more thorough than any others I've tried. Original: This Dentistry service I have found to be the best for me - by far. Treatments are individualized thoughtfully, then carefully tweaked to get better and better!

Gave incorrect advice to get two root canals and two crowns 8 months ago. I had toothache for a few weeks. Went to another dentist who told me I was clinching my teeth to often. Wore a mouth gard to bed for several months. No more toothache.

Went to them for an initial because I never heard from my previous dentist in over a year. They prescribed a treatment plan and have heard from them once since and its been 6 months. I have called 3 times and only got one call back.

Can't recommend this practice enough! I have anxiety about visiting the dentist due to past experiences, but every time I see Dr. Hales is a wonderfully positive experience! My anxiety has decreased significantly since having him as my doctor and I would recommend him for everyone.

Incredibly congenial staff. Genuinely friendly and efficient. Very clear explanation of teeth issues. The only improvement I could suggest is that the Texas Roadhouse gift card given to me at the end of the first appointment could be increased to $50!! Just teasing. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Hales and his staff are great! I had quite a bit of dental work done within the past year and I haven't had any issues. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. They make going to the dentist a positive experience.

I've been going to Dr. Hales since 2011. He has always done amazing dental work for me, and let me tell you...I have had a lot done, from root canals, implants, you name it I've got it. All procedures were done without complications, and if I ever had a worry his staff was always on hand to assist. They have no issue in referring to someone else if needed. His dental advice has saved me from spending more in the long run as well.Highly recommend.

Love going to see this team for all my dental needs. They really are gentle, compassionate. And when I freak out (more often then I care to admit) they give me time to recompose. Let's face it, going to the dentist is not the thing one is looking forward to; however, this team makes the experience not suck :-)

Given that I really don't like dentists, Dr. Hale is really good with me. Only mild discomfort and I thought he listened to my concerns and he gave me options for my care. I like that.

I have been afraid for years to see the dentist. Well, it turns out that I started to become more afraid of having problems with my teeth, than I was to see the dentist. So I asked a friend what dentist she trusted. She recommended Dr. Hales and I'm so so glad she did. He did amaizing work and put two beautiful crowns in. I will never fear coming to see Dr. Hales. I loves the Hygienist Cindy she is so caring and gentle, Grace his assistant was wonderful, and sweet! Cynthia the office manager was simply a blessing!! I would give more stars if I could.
