Our practice has cared for families for over 70 years. Some of our patients now bring their children and grandchildren to visit! In 2015, Dr. Genevieve Borders purchased the office and remains dedicated to offering gentle, compassionate care in a warm environment.
Dr. Borders is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the top dental schools in the country. She continued her training with a rigorous one-year residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center gaining invaluable experience in providing comprehensive care and implant treatment.
She pursues her commitment to advanced training with continuing education courses at the prestigious Spear Education center in Arizona. But what really set Dr. Borders apart is her warm, caring and friendly chair-side manner.
Dr. Borders is committed to providing individualized care and helping each patient achieve their goals for a beautiful and healthy smile. In her spare time, Dr. Borders enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.

I will never go here. I apparently spoke to the receptionist at this office last week (I called several dental offices looking for a dental home) I actually forgot that I had spoken with her and she called me this morning to confirm an appointment. Because I didn't remember which office this was she took a second to remind me and was full of attitude and very rude. Mind you I'm on pain meds due to a serious ankle injury over the past weekend so I tried explaining this to her and she immediately cuts me off and says "so you want me to cancel your appointment....ok have a great day!" As I was trying to respond to say "yes please because I..." I couldn't even finish my statement she rudely interjects "OK HAVE A NICE DAY!!" So I said wait a second I was trying to finish what I was saying and why are you speaking to me in that way?! She then tries to back track and say oh no I wasn't meaning it like that. Then I said why would you just cut me off then? She continued to try to talk over me claiming she didn't mean it like that while I began saying you know what let ME apologize because I truly didn't remember making this appointment at this office until you reminded me I was trying to explain to you I'm on meds for a bad ankle sprain I had since Saturday and since I can't walk I need to cancel. While I'm saying this to her shes listening but replying mhmm with an attitude, passive aggressive, sarcastic tone. She was nonempathetic. Dr Borders I'm sorry but you just lost a potential client due to whomever the lady is that makes your appointments and calls. She needs better customer service training. That conversation was horrific. I've never been treated that poorly as dental client before. Her attitude is very nasty.

Always appreciate a quick, on time appointment. even for a filling, it was less than 30 min. Dr. Borders is so friendly and does great work.

I have been going to Dr. Borders for many years. The staff as well as Dr. Borders are friendly and very professional and caring. They will make sure you are comfortable when attending to your mouth and will ease your discomfort when necessary. They are the best.

My Dr. Borders and my hygienist we're fantastic. Unfortunately, I am not returning because of the receptionist. Her attitude just doesn't mesh well with me and she barely listens to your entire question or statement before responding. Example: I had my first appointment and then was scheduled for a fill in about a month later. I was going back and forth about finding a new dentist (because of the receptionist) then finally decided to cancel that appointment and my future cleaning appointment. Today the receptionist calls asking if I can come in at a different time. I said I am pretty sure I cancelled that appointment. She says I didn't. I know I did, but she probably didn't listen long enough on the previous call to hear me say "cancel this appointment AND all future appointments"

Dr Borders is an excellent dentist . She took time today to explain to me the procedures that I would need. She also took photos to clearly show me my dental concerns. She and ALL of her employees are very professional and kind.

The staff is very personable and the service is top notch. Unlike other offices I've been to, I actually look forward to seeing the staff at this location! They've completely changed my mouth for the better. Couldn't recommend them more!

My first appointment of the year was canceled due to the pandemic. So, coming in for a cleaning was great. I completed two questionnaires about my health, was given a temperature reading when I arrived. As usual, the staff was professional and efficient. My teeth were cleaned and I felt safe the entire visit.
