Dr Eduardo is an excellent doctor most of the time when I go to the dentist they always hurt but not doctor at this office.I recommend Genesis to everyone for excellent service and good Prices!!!!

This review is for the new Dr. Eduardo Montero and his staff that took over the facility after Dr. Bryant. My daughter had a root canal done, and the new staff was very rough with her, cutting her lip and not notifying her. She was in lots of pain after she left. She could not open or close her mouth properly. Their beside manner is not professional at all and made my daughter uncomfortable. Plus, they tend to be pushy. It is such a shame that Dr. Bryant will only be for a little short while, she is honestly the best and made all of my family feel comfortable. I have no complaints about her at all. I will now have to leave this office and look for a new dentist for my family and I.

I would recommend Dr.Bryant to anyone who is apprehensive about visiting a dentist.Dr.Bryant and the entire staff were very polite,knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect.Do not hesitate to ask them any questions,they will not disappoint you.Thank you Genesis family!!

This was my first time at Genesis Family dentistry & from the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated with nothing but kindness. Dr. Bryant & the other lady who helped with my dental work, eased my anxiety, by letting me know everything they were going to do beforehand, asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything. As much as I dislike going to the dentist this was absolutely one of my best experiences, and I actually look forward to continuing to get the rest of my dental work done. Thankyou to the entire staff, your kindness was greatly appreciated!

I had to put one star to write this review otherwise I would leave nothing. I went to this Dentist off in October because I had a cavity that broke my tooth at 1st they didn't have insurance to help with the cost I am an Esthetician unfortunately we don't get health insurance or benefits from employers and left to fin for ourselves. Either was I was able to get dental insurance from United healthcare. I paid a fee for the initial exam before I acquired insurance then I got my teeth cleaning and comprehensive exam after getting my insurance which was no cost! I asked if the dentist off accepted Care credit for the additional care I need which was almost $1000 they said no but the dentist could sign up for it and they would call me back I called multiple time to follow up week after week with a young lady name Kandyce each time she told me we will call you to let you know when I never got a call back. I didn't want to go to another dentist because I would just be paying additional outside of my annual coverage from my new insurance. I'm not sure if the head dentist is bias against someone using credit services which were made to help with payment I think I have been through enough in the last two years with Covid alongside others that have experienced loss during this time all I want to do is fix my tooth and get on the right track I still haven't got my tooth fixed I'm just upset that I was treated like I don't matter it is December the second to last call I made I asked if my tooth would be okay waiting this long kandyce asked me if I was in any pain I wasn't and still not but this doesn't put me in a position to never receive a call back I feel like this was rude. Maybe you have richer patients that are more important than me who will easily pay this out of pocket sorry I'm not that person. The only reason I choose this off is because I leave 12 minutes away. I just wanted my tooth fixed but I received a email telling me happy thanksgiving.

Dr. Bryant is awesome! She is patient, caring, honest and thorough! I have anxiety and she and her staff were awesome! My husband took our boys in and they took great care of them. The staff is awesome! There are no surprises and they will explain each step and what is needed for your oral care. If you are looking for a family dentist practice, this is it! Do not stop, pass go and call Genesis to schedule your cleaning and exam. You will not be disappointed!

Came to Dr Bryant bcz of location. Left grateful and pleased. Worked me in late same day by luck - that was unusual and appreciated. All masked up and shielded. Focused on my issue with no upselling braces or whitening. Discussed uncertainties re: my tooth and alternate actions depending on what was found under old filling. Replaced ancient filling and repaired cracked tooth straight away. She announced each activity so I was fully informed. Front office and staff courteous. They called next day to check on me and schedule cleaning. Doc's a Baylor Bear with Louisiana roots.

My hygienist - I wish I remembered her name - she was tall, slim, friendly and great at her job. She was very thorough and happy to explain what I could do at home to continue to prevent buildup.

My daughter is 4 years old and this was her first REAL cleaning and exam (she'd been before to other places but it was a nightmare). The dentist and hygenist were SO NICE! My daughter giggled all the way through it, she loved being able to watch Disney movies and they were great about making her comfortable. We love it here!

Wonderful staff. Dr. Bryant is fantastic. Gentle. Friendly. Explains everything. It would be difficult to find a better place than this for dental care.
