Did not like my experience. The female at the front desk was a bit rude. They also had me pay an additional fee for paying with debit card. That's unheard of. I had a filling and part of it has come off, exposing the Dentin.

Very professional and super friendly staff. Elena is awesome and the dental practice is lucky to have her as their ambassador. First impressions are powerful. I gladly give this dental practice 5 stars. Heidi was my hygenist and did a super job cleaning my teeth. Heidi made me feel like a friend that she knew forever. Dr. Quiroz was super, and explained my exam as he was checking my teeth. I look forward to Genesis Dental providing me with many years of dental treatment.

The staff was amazing! Priscilla was really kind and helpful with getting my treatment scheduled. She worked with what time and day worked best for me. Kaory did a great job at taking my x-rays. And is great at making conversation! Dr. Q did a fantastic job at explaining and answering my concerns. I highly recommend coming to this office. Even the call center girls Maria and Vicki are super sweet and helpful! I haven't been able to get a cleaning from Heidi but I've gotten the chance to chat with her and she is such a doll! I look forward to getting scheduled for a cleaning with her! The other assistant Kat is also such a sweetheart! I've not yet been worked on by her but I have as well gotten the chance to talk to her. Elana the other front desk girly is also such a big help! 10/10 would recommend coming to this office!

Dr. Quiroz and his assistant Kat are amazing! I called and spoke with Vicki yesterday, got in today and was amazed how awesome this whole dental experience was! Kat was knowledgeable with all my questions and explained things thoroughly and I felt so well taken care of for the entire visit. Dr. Quirzo was very kind and gave me several options on the next steps to take. I will be a patient here from now on and refer everyone and anyone to come see Dr. Quiroz and Kat! Keep up the great work!

great service here! When I first was making my appointment and had a bunch of insurance questions they were so kind and patient and answered the best to their knowledge and even went as far as to reaching out to my insurance companies to verify everything for me. Sunny was my hygienist today and she was also super great and understanding about pausing every time I tried to talk. Overall great service!

Happy with the experience I had with Genesis Dental in West Valley Utah. I made an appointment and got several reminders. They're well organized. When I arrived there was no delay getting in to have my teeth cleaned. Really good team there that create a warm and yet professional environment. My hygienist, Sunny, did a great job. Best of all, she was non judgemental and encouraging.

I went here today and Heidi was awesome! I hadn't gone to the dentist in two years out of fear and they made my experience so much better than my last. I will be going back here to get my cleanings from now on.

From the front desk to the exam room, everyone is so nice and helpful. Heidi is the best as well, she makes me feel comfortable when she does my cleanings. She's funny and still as awesome as ever. New treatment rooms are bright and airy.

Heidi has been my dental hygienist for 7 years or so, and I have been a patient with Granger for that time as well. They are at the same location, just different office now. They really take care of me, and address all my needs. I feel valued as a patient here, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Love you Heidi, and Granger for helping me maintain my oral care!!!!
