Great dental clinic! Love my dentist and the dental assistants/receptionists overall are super awesome and on point. Very friendly and helpful. Been going here for a couple years now and honestly no complaints! Plus they accept medicaid!

My daughter had 4 teeth pulled, the dental assistant had no idea what she was doing, she handed the wrong tools to the dentist, she dropped tools, she tried to put them back on the tray from the floor. The dentist was a nightmare, no bedside manner, my daughter was screaming because he didn't give the numbing stuff time to work. She was crying so hard her entire body was shaking, she was sweating from head to toe. I forced my way in because she was hyperventilating and they told me it was "surgery" and I couldn't go in. I have NEVER not been able to be in with my child when a tooth was pulled before. When I got in she had a vice grip on my hands and she was just sobbing. The dentist told her it was pressure not pain, but when she had a root canal she experienced "pressure" she's 12 years old she knows the difference between pressure and pain. They messed up the nitrous, when she told the assistant that her whole body was going numb, they turned it up instead of turning it down and adding more oxygen. She's now in so much pain that she's just laying down miserable. I have a friend that's a dental assistant to an oral surgeon and she's told me I need to watch my daughter for the next 24 hours for possible nitrous overdose and infection because I'm not sure if they used those tools they dropped on the floor before I forced my way in. The whole experience was ridiculous and we will not be returning! I'm shocked to see all these positive reviews because our experience as a whole was terrible. The staff acted like they didn't really care, the dentist was rude and condescending to both me and my child. Never again and I won't recommend this office to anyone!

I have always had a great experience at Genesis Dental of Magna. I was checked in and taken back promptly. Anh was very friendly as she worked, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and everything was ok as she did my cleaning. Dr. Dan was friendly, as always, as he checked in with me and did my exam. I highly recommend coming here!
