Genesis Dental Esthetics was established as a dental clinic in Pasadena with the goal of providing the highest standard of care for all dental ailments ranging from simple cleanings to treating severe odontogenic infections in medically compromised patients. Our clinic covers the full spectrum of dental medicine including Restorative General Dentistry, Dental Implant Therapy, Endodontics (Root Canals), Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Surgery) , as well as outpatient Oral Surgery. We area also able to provide any dental treatment using Conscious Sedation (mild sedation) or General Anesthesia. We continually strive to provide treatment with the highest standard of care, latest advancements, and the utmost consideration for your dental health needs.
We follow OSHA and California law for universal infection control guidelines on the use of protective equipment, disinfection, and sterilization of all clinic equipment. We also sterilize all instrumentation to the highest standards while disposing of all infectious materials according to standards set forth by OSHA and California law. You can be sure our clinic not only meets but exceeds the strictest safety protocol and standards for health care facilities.
Dr. Ted Baghdasarian is a graduate of the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry. Each year, nearly 10,000 applicants apply to the UCLA School of Dentistry, of which merely 88 very highly qualified candidates are selected to matriculate and become Doctors of Dental Surgery at this distinguished University of California state health care training facility considered by US News & World Report as the 'Best in the West' and in the Top 8 nationwide.
Dr. Ted Baghdasarian completed his training and upon graduating was one of a small group of graduates that was able to complete his state licensure to practice as a Doctor the same year he graduated by completing the Western Regional Board Examination successfully. After Licensure, he moved on and participated in surgical training within an Oral/Maxillofacial Residency training program during which he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of outpatient oral surgery treating medically compromised patients. He has since been in practice as a Doctor of Dental Surgery all over southern California treating patients in clinics ranging from working class neighborhoods such as Hawthorne, all the way to the glamorous streets of Beverly Hills, gaining experience with a wide range of oral health related ailments for the past 8 years.

I had been looking for a new local dentist when I came across Genesis Dental Esthetics. So glad I found this clinic, doctors and staff are really professional and explained everything in detail. The assistant Kristine is very kind and helped me get through my dental anxiety. Recently completed my treatment and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend them!

I feel very luck to have found this dental office on Google. I really enjoyed the professional and friendly services here during my 4 filling visits. Dr. Ted and his team do a good explaining procedures and make sure you feel comfortable during the filling process and provide tips at the end of each visit. Maria is also super friendly and helpful with all kinds of question I have. Will definitely stay with this office and recommend to others!

This clinic is very professional, they really take great care of their patients and the staff is incredibly helpful. Especially Maria in the front office, she helped me pick out a new dental insurance policy during my visit. I had broken tooth that got swollen and was hurting like crazy, both the doctors I saw here were so gentle and I didn't even feel any pain during my treatment. I am a regular patient here now and I'm really glad I found them!

Dr. Ted Baghdasarian. Exceptional dentist, professional, excellent communicator, committed to his patients, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best solution to his patients (considering both dental and financial needs). I considered several different ways to approach my review of Dr. Ted and decided the best way was to encapsulate my impression of him through succinctly stated words. All of these describe Dr. Ted to me. To understand why the stated attributes are so important to me in a dentist, I will briefly share my dental story (which has included dental treatments going way beyond what is normally required). When I was 11 years old, a horse kicked me in the face and knocked out 4 front teeth, and not only the teeth, but the bone that held them. Needless to say, this began a lifetime of my sitting in dentists' chairs hoping for a new, better solution than the last. Through the years I have had numerous dentists and treatment solutions--the latest and greatest. I have experienced exceptional dentists, good dentists, fair dentists, and dentists that were not so great. I put Dr. Ted at the top of the exceptional list. In late 2018, I entered a season of needing some major dental work done again. I visited several dentists to assess my situation and finally settled on one--who unfortunately botched the first phase of the work I needed done. So I began looking again for a qualified dentist to address my needs. In my search, I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Ted--who in demonstrating all the attributes I listed at the start of this review-- assessed my situation, recommend solutions, and proceeded with dental treatment (a number of crowns, an implant, cleaning, & more). I am very pleased with the work performed. Additionally, the staff at Genesis Dental Esthetics are very professional, friendly, and helpful and his office is immaculate. I highly recommend Dr. Ted Baghdasarian as a dentist and new found, professional friend. (I also referred a friend to Dr. Ted who has also been likewise pleased in her experience with him.

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new Dentist. Researched dental reviews and multiple sources mentioned Genesis Dental. Decided to give it a shot based on reviews and them operating on Saturdays. After multiple visits I am pleased with their service and can confirm their prices are fair. Dr. Ted is a communicative Dentist as well as his oral maxillofacial colleague Dr. B. The staff is welcoming and they do an excellent job of customer service. Facility, tools, equipment, and products are modern, well kept, and of industry standards. I would recommend Genesis Dental to family and friends as well as those who prefer a quaint and more personable experience.

I have been to Genesis Dental Esthetics several times now for numerous problems. Dr. Baghdasarian has always treated me kindly and seems to always have my best interest at heart, he has always been honest and he has the most amazingly gentle hands. I am new to the area and needed a check up and cleaning. Went to Genesis Dental Esthetics and met Dr. Baghdasarian and his staff.
