My god when u say no manners it's true,and how lazy or not Care to ever answer the phone ..I literally called 12 times Leave messages for them to call back.no wonder they have 0 star.

I have been going to Genesis dental for years! I can't afford the prices of a regular dentist and I have no insurance as my Medicare advantage plan took it off! I don't understand how anyone can possibly afford the prices of these dentists and their ridiculous fees! Especially a disabled senior! Dr Lulu at Genesis is excellent as she is so patient, gentle and professional. I was scared to death! I just had to go through a nightmare from my lower small infected tooth being extracted from affordable dentures in Delray (AD) and my entire mouth and gums got infected because they made me wear my lower partials immediately without fitting them plus I had nothing on my upper mouth so my teeth were digging into my gums on my upper mouth. When I complained though at affordable dentures no one wanted to take the blame! It was his assistant that put them back in! They all denied that they told me to wear the lower partial! I know I didn't put them in! They added a new tooth to replace the one they just pulled. Since they have their own lab they made me leave after the lower extraction and come back in 3 hours. They put in my partials and they hurt like heck! I told them I couldn't wear them but they insisted I wear them the entire day and night. AD should have NEVER put my partials back into my mouth without being fitted and over my extraction especially without having anything on my upper mouth! I was told by several other dentists that I should have NEVER had these partials put in my mouth over my tooth extraction. I went back to them and complained again but they still refused to take responsibility for causing my infection and pain!!! Now I have to wait in severe pain before I can get my upper front three teeth extracted so that I could get upper dentures. Thank goodness for Dr LuLu at Genesis! They charge according to your income on a sliding scale so it's much cheaper than any other dentist. Dr LuLu will be pulling all three of my upper front teeth. Unfortunately I have to wait now to get my upper dentures which could take two or more months and I have to go around without any teeth on the tops! It's my choice though because I do NOT want to wear a temp or immed and risk getting another infection. So I will go without teeth until my upper gums heal. : (

I don't know what people are talking about. Everyone in that office is so nice. I've been to the Boca office several times. I've had an extraction done, cleanings , fillings and I've never had a problem. I give them two thumbs up. You guys rock!

Some of the doctors are very nice but one of them just took out her anger on my front teeth. I wish I can share my x-ray in here. The office staff are horrible and disrespectful. If I'll provide the same service with the same attitude I'll be unemployed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASE PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DENTIST I WOULD EVEN PAY OUT OF POCKET IF I NEED TO JUST TO AVOID COMING HERE AGAIN. I have never been to a dental office or any doctors office where the staff is this rude the only nice person was the girl in the front. The lady who took my X-rays came in only said hi to me didn't say anything else out the cover over me for the X-ray and would only speak to tell me to open my mouth like I was an animal that she didn't have to explain what she was doing at least say I'm going to take X-rays. Was having a hard time getting one side of my mouth and she was so annoyed kept making sounds and was being more and more rough each time she came back to place the object in my mouth it was just the worst experience ever it's almost as if she hated me without even knowing me.

***update a few weeks later*** I had a sensitive tooth. So they replaced a filling. Now my tooth is more sensitive than before and I realize they replaced the filling for nothing. ------------ Why is it so hard to find dignity in low cost healthcare? The people at this location seem like they hate you, me, and each other. Certainly their jobs. I try to have compassion for the difficulties they face in their day to day. It can't be easy. That said, is a little bedside manner too much to ask for? Dental services are intimate and vulnerable. And it's like there's no awareness or care. From the front desk to the dentist and nurse vibe, to the way they handle process, information sharing, and the actual services, it's not good. Not good at all. The hygienist lauren is very nice. I appreciate her good nature at least. But in the end, I leave here feeling blue, frustrated, and ultimately not well cared for.

Horrible staff. They never answer the phone. All voicemail boxes are full. The 1 time I was able to talk to a live person, he immediately put me on hold for over 30 minutes before the automatically hung up on me. Overall, they do not instill confidence & make me think they are incompetent.

Wish I could give negative stars. The staff and doctors are absolutely horrible. If you are thinking of seeing these dentists run run as fast as you can away. I have a infection and saw these quacks. They prescribed a antibiotic that did absolutely nothing. I went back and they told me they WOULD not do anything, go see a oral surgeon. They are the rudest group I have ever seen and they should only be treated by others as they treated me. Like I expressed before, RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff and very nice doctors. I am always treated respectfully, professionally and in a down to earth manner! I recommended many people to go to this location AND I have yet to hear anything negative! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely LOVE this dental office. I don't feel like they are trying to rip me off. The dentist is honest and explains everything to you. They do there best to make every procedure painless as possible. Thank you for everything :)

never use the services of this office. There are absolutely useless people sitting in the office who can only charge you for a visit, and then tell you that they do not provide this service (for example, a channel), then it turns out that they will not provide you with an X-ray ... but they promise to transfer it on the first call to another provider ... so they and I called for 3 days and left Messages ... This is not the first time I have encountered a lack of any service, intelligence, or generally any level of professionalism !!! don't waste your time and money opening your mouth to look, take money, and say sorry, go ahead! Moreover, upon arrival to them I didn't even hear, sorry, they put me to wait for them to eat !!! And in the corridor is a man who cries from pain, because they did not want to receive him with acute pain before lunch !!! Is this the service and level of public dentistry ?!
