First time here and they did a great job. Nice building and atmosphere and was totally comfortable with the dental hygienist and the Dentist. Overall it was a great experience.

I had my first appointment this month and the staff were amazing. I paid extra for the laughing gas due to having ptsd and this was the most non stressful dental visit I've ever had.

First, the front desk staff have always been friendly and up front about any costs I would have (after insurance) before any procedure. Second, Dr. Harp is an amazing dentist! I have seen him twice, he has been professional, friendly and efficient. He knows what he is doing, for sure. I just visited them today to replace an old filling, and because I have had issues in the past, I was somewhat nervous. Dr. Harp numbed me up and was completed in what felt like 15 minutes. He left me with his assistant to complete the filling. I didnt get her name but she also did a wonderful job, talking with me to ensure my filling was filed down to where it needed to be, so my bite on both sides were consistent. Overall, the procedure took less than an hour and the only discomfort was during the numbing shot. I would recommend anyone hesitant about going to the dentist to check this place out.

Finding a new dentist every time we move can be stressful. Yesterday was the first time going to Generations Family Dentistry. And I have to say they were top notch. From the phone call scheduling the appointment, the front desk staff, the hygienist, as well as the doctor to the time I left everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable staff, honest and straightforward. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. I went to Immediate Dental Initially and paid 3X the prices with the hopes of emergent services which I did not get. I was given x-rays and a price that was ridiculous with a future appointment option that I declined. The next day I called Generations who kindly accepted me the same day I called, only were concerned with the problem I was having and resolved it will little expense to me. Thrilled! The pain is negligible. Soo happy with their level of service, I plan to return for all of my dental needs!!!!!! Ms.Kelly Thank You

This dentist office is absolutely the best I've ever been to. I have a fear of going to the dentist and all the staff here is amazing at helping me each visit. My kids absolutely love going there as well. I would love to give an extra thank you to the dental assistant Stefanie. She went above and beyond today to help me calm down.

Dr. Hart performed my root canal and created my crown within 2 hours. Quality Service, that saved a lot of time, well worth the money. Great service that saved a Smile!

Took daughter here everything seemed fine, until I had to cancel 2 back to back appointments... at that time they told me my daughter could only ever have a same day appointment, I told them I had unexpected work conflicts arrive as one might in the military, which is why I canceled. They didn't care, apparently it's the doctors policy (seems like they only care about money and not patient care to me). I told them she was in pain and needed to be schedule, I was supposed to get a call back after they asked the doctor to reconsider, never got a call. Being so close to Fort Knox, I would think they would be military friend but apparently not. Would recommend for anyone in the military. Also plan to file a complaint with the medical review board, since they refused to see a child in pain... seems like that would go against the "do no harm" part of the oath.

I had a great experience and the staff were very friendly. I appreciate quality where individuals show that they care for you as a person and not just another client/patient. They were very thorough, explained billing, very accommodating when I needed to reschedule, got me in much more quickly than any other office that I called. I only wish I'd found them sooner!

Exceptional! I have an extreme high anxiety with doctors/dentists etc from really horrible previous experiences. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about this office. The level of professionalism here is outstanding and yet they are telling me I did a great job???? No way. They really got me through the procedure without making me feel bad and I will definitely be back. In addition, my entire family of five goes here.

I HAVE NEVER, EVER HAD A PAIN FREE DENTAL APPOINTMENT UNTIL I BECAME A PATIENT HERE!! If you never know who you're going to see each time you make an appointment with your dentist, who will be working inside your mouth, or if your dentist office is clean even around the baseboards, you HAVE GOT TO SWITCH TO THIS DENTISTRY PRACTICE!! PARTICULARILY, IF YOU'RE IN THE MILITARY AND HAVE A FAMILY! MILITARY FAMILIES KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!

We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely make this our permanent dental health office. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the office is clean and professional, and they were absolutely amazing with kids. I brought a 5 year old, 2 year old, and 7 month old into the office. They were kind to each of them and so very patient with my 2 oldest who had appointments. I highly recommend this office for families.

I have been here at Fort Knox for almost 4 years had so many problems finding a dentist for my kids ! And it's hard finding a good one a few months before we are ready to leave I found this place , I can't tell you enough how grateful I am I found them wonderful super nice staff such a clean office wonderful prices knew about our tricare plan quick to get you in I HIGHLY. Recommend coming here take it from a mother of three very clean and picky ! Top choice I'm sad we are leaving now !

Went here just to evaluate cost of implants. The staff explained how implants are done, reviewed the different options and provided costs depending on choices. They also reviewed other options and choices. At no time did they pressure me to choose any course of treatment. I am still evaluating choices but I am quite happy with how my visit went.

This practice is charging me for something I didn't consent to. It's not fair to force someone to pay for a service they didn't know their child was getting... HUGE MISCOMMUNICATION... WE WILL NOT BE BACK
