Dr. Mogdeh Motii was born in Tallahssee, FL. Since then she has lived all over the south moving to Norman, OK and Birmingham, AL before arriving in Houston. Her passion for art, healthcare and building relationships with people led her to her dream of becoming a dentist. It was something she had decided on since preschool, and she never changed her mind! She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry (UAB). UAB was recently ranked in the top 12 dental schools in the United States and within the top 25 dental schools in the world.
Her education was excellent and the patient experience was advanced. Since then, she has been working at multiple dental offices gaining a variety of experiences and clinical skills.The part of her work that she enjoys the most is connecting with her patients, and eliminating the fear and anxiety that comes with going to the dentist.She loves to give back to the community and for the last year, she has been doing volunteer work in an emergency clinic on Sundays.
Its extremely rewarding and humbling for her to be able to help those in need. Striving for excellence in her patient care, Dr. Motii completes hundreds of hours of CE every year, well exceeding the minimum requirements for maintaining her license. The times and technology are constantly changing. Being up to date helps insure her patients are receiving all the best options and quality of care.
In her personal time, Dr. Motii enjoys outdoors activities such as hiking, playing tennis, and walking her dog. She also has a passion for traveling and learning about different cultures. Her mission is to build a dental practice that treats her patients as people, so all of her treatment is individualized and catered toward every individual. The practice has a warm and welcoming environment that puts patients at ease, so they can focus on making the health choices that are right for their needs. She hopes to see you and your family at her office soon!

Initially, Rosannes career in dentistry was sparked when her employer sponsored her tobecome a Certified Dental Assistant through the Greater Houston Dental Society. As her skills and interest continued to develop,Rosanneapplied, and was accepted toattend, the University of Texas School ofDental Hygiene in Houston.Upon graduationfrom hygiene school, one of her mostinspiring and proud momentsofachievementwas receivinganawardunanimouslyvoted on by the DeanandFaculty of DentalHygiene.She was the only student chosen to receive an Award for Outstanding Clinical Achievement and Professional Leadership! Rosannes greatest professional pleasure and satisfaction as a hygienist for 30 + years is a continuation of that reward, today!
Rosannes personal interests includecooking and spending time withher husband, three daughters, three son-in-laws,and 4grandchildren! She is proud to say that the balanceas a dental hygienistfor her patientsand as a mother for her loving family is her most rewarding accomplishment!
Sara Williams is our office manager and Registered Dental Assistant. She is a native Houstonian and attended Southwest Texas State University and the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry. She has 38 years in the dental field, including 27 years in our practice; starting with Dr. Battarbee, continuing through his retirement and the subsequent change into Generations Family Dentistry.
Sara is married and lives on an operating cattle ranch west of Houston, with three cats, four dogs, numerous cattle, and her husband. In that order. She is a longtime volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and enjoys college sports and spending time with friends and family.
